Beautifully remodeled north side two bedroom home with spectacular lake views from kitchen and deck barbecue areas. This home has flat screen 42' and larger Plasma t.v.'s in all rooms as well as one in the kitchen area. there is a wood burning fireplace double sided to add warmth to the living room and kitchen area.

The deck area has a gas barbeque over looking the lake.

We are the Knapp's. We have been visiting Lake Havasu city for the last 10 years and have enjoyed the many recreational activities here. We have recently moved here full time and love it. We have recently remodeled this lake view home.

Why Brian & Susan Knapp (either-one) chose Lake Havasu City

This property was one of the first homes built in this area. We purchased the main home below this property and when doing so we fell in love with the upper home and its incredible views. We have since remodeled this home with new tile flooring, carpet in bedrooms, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, appliances, plasma t.v.'s and furnished it with leather sofas and all new kitchen dishes, glass wear, pots and pans and many others. A well done complete home.

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with this home mainly because of the great views and two sided fireplace. The location and quiet neighborhood was a big part as well.

What a great place to stay!

What a great place to stay! This has been “our” home for a months. Cannot wait to return for another round next week! Susan and Brian, this property is in tip top shape! There is everything we needed and much, much more. Love my morning coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. Great location to explore town and neighborhood! Thank you both!

This was really a great place for what we needed, enjoyed the view, the quiet neighbor hood. The house was a little to dark inside. Lighting was poor. Everything else was real homie.

Nice, clean. Good location to attractions. Nice pool area.

We had a nice time. The owners were easy to work with. Really nothing to complain about.

Kids would have liked more pool toys and foosball table has seen better days 😉.

This was our experience with VRBO and will use it again.

We are located on the north side of town. Plenty of parking along the front of the home for your vehicle and boat. Completely gated wrought iron fencing around property. Lake views from front of house, inside the home and from the back outside deck and barbeque area. We are backed to the wonderful Arizona desert for miles of off road riding, hiking and outdoor activities. A short drive to the Windsor boat launch, park area as well as the many golf courses near by. The main street downtown and London Bridge Resort area are a short drive away. There is pool access to the lower property below from the back gate.
