Very modern and easy to keep clean. Literally 1 minute from shops, the theatre and cinema, restaurants and two minutes from the town wals and Holy Trinity church. No dedicated car parking but plenty nearby, but we didn't care as we came on the train with our bikes (railway station with connections to many places 10 minutes walk away; wonderful coast and countryside 5 minutes cycle ride away).
