Beautiful Laie, located a gorgeous 40 minute to one hour scenic drive from Honolulu. Come live island style.
Enjoy the windy side of the island! There's near by golfing, resorts and many amenities. It's a small town feel without the many tourists. You'll love the area and the spotless immaculate property.

Much to my surprise, I suffered a stroke 2 years ago. My son is now college age and I will be an empty nester. As a family, my son and I loved to come to Hawaii. Quality family time.
I am now retired and devote full time to helping others enjoy the many pleasures of Hawaii. We hope you can be our guest soon.
Beach Holdings 2005 LLC purchased this house in 2005
I love the ocean. The minute I walked through the patio doors and saw the views, I knew I had to have the property....
The views are awesome and the water is crystal blue. The house is located on the sand and not on the street!! Laie is a great town and home to BYU and the PCC!
The beach is OUTFRONT....you can fall asleep to the ocean sounds. We are set back from the main highway and you do not get the traffic noise.
Walking across to the street to PCC and the best luau and show on the ENTIRE island...I know as I have been there several times.
You can walk to the university - BYU. Stroll to McDonalds for an ice cream cone of just sit and enjoy the beach.
Martha and Keld are the most wonderful hosts on the entire island. They have been in Hawaii for 28 years. If you are from Europe Keld would like to practice his Danish!
Wonderful time.....we will return again. The new kitchen is wonderful and beautiful. We especially liked the eat in granite island! The sounds of the ocean were wonderful to listen to. We had no problems and Martha and Keld were the perfect hosts. We'd love to return
We loved our time at this house. The beach was just steps away and the view was great. The house was clean and included all of the amenities needed to cook. Martha was a great hostess who answered any questions we had. The location was secluded enough that it was quiet, yet we were quickly able to get out and explore the island. The only drawback was that the stairs on our side of the property are used by the attached studio and an additional house (up to 7 guests) to the south of us. One afternoon the people in the house had many guests over and they traipsed back and forth across our lawn. Fortunately, this only happened once, but it does mean that your neighbors make or break the peaceful atmosphere. The owner, Victoria, likes to do exit interviews and said that this is not allowed in the contract and that Martha would have dealt with it if she'd known. Otherwise, we loved the place and would highly recommend it!
This was our third year spending time here. Best place to stay without question. It almost feels like home away from home for us at this point. We look forward to many more staycations here in the future
This was the perfect beachfront vacation home for our young family. Just minutes from the PCC and BYU-H campus. Close to shopping, food, and so many of the great North Shore experiences.
Semi private beach just outside the backdoor. Great views, quiet neighborhood, and next to a small town. The house was well maintained, had high speed internet, and the owners were very helpful with our stay. They have three properties in the same spot for larger or smaller groups. We will be coming back to this location.
We just spent a week at this property and had a great time! The location was ideal for a quiet getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We strategically planned our week so that we only made 3 trips to the west side of the island (1 to hike Diamond Head, snorkel at Hanauma Bay, and dinner at Haleiwa Joe's in Kaneohe; 1 to visit the Dole plantation and shop Waikiki; and 1 on departure day - we checked out and then headed to Pearl Harbor and spent the day there before our flight left that evening). The rest of the days, we relaxed on our patio and played on our beach. The property is great. Martha, the manager, was a great hostess, making sure we had enough boogie boards, and even taking a few family photos for us. My husband and I had our 18 and 21 year old kids with us, and other than the size of the beds (downsizing from a King to a Queen for us and from Queens to Twins for our kids) and sharing one bathroom (not bad, just a good exercise in sharing), it was perfect size. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate most breakfasts and lunches at the house and I even used the oven to cook dinner on Christmas Day. There was a grocery store about a mile away, and McDonald's about 1/4 mile, which we used for morning coffee runs, though there is a coffee pot in the kitchen. The absolute BEST part of this property is the beach access - literally steps away. Not across the street, not a short drive...you literally walk out the back door, take about 10 steps, go down about 10 stairs and you are standing on the sand. It was so quiet and pristine, I can count on one hand the number of times we saw other people up the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning and were amazed at the beauty of our Earth. Also, the Polynesian Cultural Center/Hukilau Marketplace is directly across the street. We walked over a couple of times for shopping, dinner at Pounders, and our day at the PCC. It was nice to be able to just walk home quickly to put packages in the house, change shoes, etc. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Victoria and Martha!
The location and view was excellent. Unfortunately the house itself if pretty old and not in great condition. Kitchen and bathroom average also. The rocks and tide make the beach access more pleasant to look at than actually experience (although some other guests fished from the house).
Activities listed above are on a rental bases by a company near by. We do not rent out anything listed above There's a lot of surf shops on North Shore as well! You can rent surf boards, kaykas, etc.... There are sand toys Feel free to bring your snorkel gear / fins or buy them locally, very inexpensive, as well as the boogie boards.
