I just wanted to thank you from myself and my whole family for the hospitality of your home last week. It is an absolutely gorgeous property and we really enjoyed our time in the Livermore and greater San Francisco area.

Glorious team offsite

  • 5 of 5

I booked the ranch for team offsite and it was perfect. It's really hard to find a place that can fit 6 coworkers comfortably and I feel like we could have had even more in this place (not counting the cottage). We especially liked the outdoor grilling in the evening as the sun was setting down, and the hot tube at night while looking over the valley. I was surprised by how well appointed the kitchen was, there's always something that seems to be missing in those rentals but we here had everything we needed. Also, Livermore proper is really close so while you feel like you're in the middle of the country you can still get supplies quickly. Jason, who manages the estate, was easy to work with and very responsive.

Stunning!! Highly recommend :)

  • 5 of 5

Our church group recently got the chance to enjoy this beautiful property - the pictures don't do it justice! It's a very large property (we rented the country cottage as well) and has plenty of space for all sorts of indoor + outdoor activities. We had around 20 people and there was more than enough space. The house itself is filled with beautiful antique decor, so that in itself is a treat :) Although we never got to meet Cheryl, we appreciated her hospitality very much. Of course, working with Jason was great as well - he's very helpful and will make sure all goes well during your stay. Overall, the whole territory is such a beaut - we highly recommend!!

I hope you are lucky enough to enjoy this property

  • 5 of 5

The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable and the views were just amazing. Although we had many late nights going to the city for my daughter's graduation, we all woke up early to watch the fog roll in while strolling on the spacious deck with a nice hot cup of coffee. We could not take our eyes off the many textures of the rolling Morgan Territory hills as light from different times of the day illuminated the landscape. The house itself was perfect for my daughter's graduation celebration with most people standing around the kitchen area and living room chatting with a glass of wine in hand and enjoying the views through the panoramic windows and being warmed by the wood stove. We had an unforgettable weekend there and cannot thank Jason enough for his hospitality. What a blessing!

Wedding venue

  • 5 of 5

We have just had our son's wedding at this most beautiful property. We cannot thank Cheryl and Jason for helping to make this one of the best Weddings ever. All the guests commented on the magnificent home and position. Everything we needed and more were provided with no fuss. I had the pleasure to meet Cheryl and the job she does with her staff is top quality.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The Aussies we will be back 😀

WOW and Then More!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this absolutely beautiful home from Cheryl, the owner, and her attention to our satisfaction was superb. We literally hated to leave, because we had such a wonderful time there. Everything that is advertised about the home and the views are spot on! Plenty of space in the large home to accommodate large groups. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs, the beds are divine, and the decor is amazing! We can't wait to return, and can't thank Cheryl enough for her graciousness!!!

Truly a Wow Experience!

  • 5 of 5

Six of us stayed in this home for 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer. The views from this estate are just fabulous. Even though we visited in September and the hills were no longer green but tan, the vistas are just breathtaking!

We had originally rented the 'cottage' on the property but when we arrived Cheryl, the owner said we could look at both homes and decide where we would rather stay. Both houses are gorgeous but we decided that since the common areas were larger in the main house, that would work better for our group. There are many decks and patios in the rear of the house that overlook the hills and are great spots for your morning coffee or a evening BBQ. While we were there the clouds moved in one day and you weren't just under them but among them, what a unique experience.

As another reviewer commented, there are no blinds on the windows but that would just be a shame to have. The rear of this home was built with tons of windows to take advantage of the beautiful view. Why would you want to cover that up?

We had no problem accessing the internet at the home and there were several TV's with lots of Direct TV channels. The house is a huge ranch and it is actually a bit of a walk from one end to the other. Lots of lovely furniture and antiques, and the kitchen and Master Bedroom/bath were particularly attractive. Downtown Livermore is about 15 - 20 minutes away with all the fun wineries to check out. If I ever returned to the Livermore, CA area, I would not stay anywhere else but here.
