Set in its own private garden amid the owner’s natural, unspoilt woodland, this converted detached coach house is set along a main road across the river from the ancient town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal holiday base, with fresh garden vegetables and eggs available from the owner. Forest walks, three golf courses, the Sutton Hoo burial ground, the fishing village and castle at Orford, Snape Maltings concert hall and the Suffolk Heritage Coast are all nearby. Shop 1 mile, two pubs serving food within walking distance.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and misleading details on website
This property could be great but it is unloved. It looks as though it has never had a good clean. Dust everywhere, I mean everywhere. One small armchair had enough dog hairs to knit a jumper. Broken kettle lid, broken toilet handle, old bedding and stained pillows with no protectors, towels stained and very old etc; Cottage info so out of date also Pictures on website do not correspond with whats there. Two good points Garden and walks brilliant for the dogs and very central position for seeing Suffolk. I think someone should visit this property and check it out before advertising it again. Its a pity because it could be very nice but its sad!
