Situated on a former orchard, Willow Cottage enjoys an enviable position in the pretty North Cotswold village of Paxford, close to the Cotswold Way. Constructed of Mellow Cotswold stone the property is surrounded by a good sized garden with a variety of maturing trees to the front, a stone driveway and offering two car parking spaces. The property faces a narrow quiet lane bordered by mature trees and therefore the property is not overlooked. The back garden is completely enclosed and private and has a variety of garden furniture, a bbq and large patio area. The level garden is surrounded by cottage garden flowers and shrubs giving colour well into the autumn. The property is bordered at the back by the village green and a little used under 5’s play area with one or two picnic tables and benches.Paxford is a small village which enjoys a refurbished inn dating back to the 17th century, serving food, and only 5 minutes’ walk along the lane.
