This modern apartment is in an excellent position within a few minutes walk to Javea Port close to the Sea and all amenities, the Complex 'Villas Bolonia' is situated on a wide Boulevard so benefits from a quiet and relaxing ambiance. The accommodation on offer recently refurbished comprises of a spacious hallway leading to a bright and sunny lounge with dining area and sofa bed for additional guests. patio doors open onto a good sized terrace with patio furniture for 'al fresco' dining overlooking the pool and gardens with a slight sea view, a separate fully fitted kitchen and open utility area, two bedrooms one double and one twin bedded each with built in wardrobes and one full family bathroom. air conditioning is available in all rooms and the apartment has been fitted with English TV offering a range of channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 and children's channels, Spanish Digital TV is also available plus DVD Player. The apartment also has free WIFI.

Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'blue flag' beaches. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'port' a few minutes walk from where the apartment is situated is a traditional fishing port with a large marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants, shops and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The 'Arenal' area close by offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for children in the summer months with rides, trampoline and go-karts. The historic town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambiance and offers an array of shops and traditional 'tapas bars', for guests to sample and enjoy. The spectacular fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the summer months.

Nearby Areas of Interest & Tourist Attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful picturesque historic village of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby Towns include Moraira with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Gata de Gorgos.

Nearby Golf Courses: The apartment is ideally situated for those Guests who enjoy a relaxing round of Golf. Javea itself has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 Holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 Holes. Villas Bolonia - Just Perfect

As a frequent visitor to Javea I have rented numerous different apartments over the past 5 years and have to say Villas Bolonia has been the best so far. The apartment was very well appointed and everything one would look for in the way of a well maintained property. The location was perfect, being close to the Port area and the Arenal beach and numerous nearby restaurants. Within a few walking minutes is a large Mercadona Supermarket offering an extensive product range to cater for any family.

Most importantly, the help and assistance from the rental agent (Jacqui Mckeon of Javea Bound) was second to none who helped to make this trip a great success and I would recommend this apartment to all future travellers who visit Javea looking for an apartment in a nice area and all at a reasonable price.

Just re-furnished; perfect spot to explore from

As the owners this is likely to be biased! But we still love our place; and Javea even more having just spent 12 days there over the Easter break. We replaced almost all of the furniture in the living/dining room, to add to last years TV system upgrade so the place now has a more contemporary studio than holiday let feel about it. This, combined with its proximity on foot to all three of Javea's very different faces makes it a compelling place from which to explore this truly beautiful spot. And whilst the pool was just a little too cold for our kids on this trip the garden/pool area remains a great place to simply chill/play games. Please come and stay in what we regard as our home away from home and explore this magical coastline.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Apartment was exactly as described, clean modern and spacious with everything needed (apart from an electric kettle). We had difficulty following the directions provided to the apartment but that was the only hiccup.

The pool and garden area are very well maintained and perfect to sit in and soak up the sun. Many lovely restaraunts in the area within walking distance especially in the port (10 minutes walk) and old town area (25 minutes walk). Arenal Beach area (20 minutes walk) was very lively in the evening and would recommend reserving a table at the seafront restaraunts to ensure you get a table.

There was an Englsh supermarkt (Icelands) only 2 minutes walk away with the Spanish Mercadona supermarket just a 1 minute drive or 6 minute walk.

Would highly recommend the apartment and the location. The overall experience from the apartment, the grounds, the service from the letting agent and the Javea area was great and we will be returning.

I can only apologise about the Electric Kettle, this is of course provided unfortunately the previous guests were Spanish and do not tend to use, therefore it had just been put away by them and Cleaning Staff did not realise or note to put it back on the worktop!!!! Wondelful time, great apartment

The apartment was very well.maintained, nicely decorated and providing all you need for a confortable stay. Probaly more crockery+cutlery should be provide in order to prevent turning on the disherwasher so many times.

The garden was beautifully "decorated" with various plants and the swimmimg-pool was checked every day. Quiet and family like environment, close to a pebble beach and Arenal beach 8 mn by car or 30mn walking (very nice in the morning).

Short break

We stayed at this apartment for a short 5 day break. The location was spot on. Closer to the port end of Javea and the Old Town but also about 15 minutes walk to the Arenal Beach.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with every thing you would need on holiday,even those items that are such a nuisance having to buy for a short break -soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc. A small welcome pack was also provided with tea, coffee, wine, cakes, crisps but there's also a couple of large supermarkets within a five minute walk where you can buy just about anything you might need. Plenty of restaurants by the Port and the Arenal and a few beach bars between the two.

Providing you don't want to do a lot of sightseeing you could manage quite easily here without a car. There's plenty to do in Javea but if you want to just relax in the apartment it's not difficult. It was very peaceful in October, though I would imagine it's a little busier in the summer months.The apartment has a tv with all the English channels, great if you have kids or just want to keep up to date with your favourite programmes while you're away.

The apartment faces the sea (East) which means you get the sun on the balcony all morning up to just past lunchtime.The weather in October was lovely, about 28 degrees most days and definately still beach weather. I came back with a better tan than I had when we went in August, as it was too hot to sit in the sun then!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and in fact would quite happily go back myself right now! Thanks again Sandra.

A STAR Accommodation in Javea

I stay in Javea at least twice a year and prefer to be right by the port.

I booked this apartment and was completely blown away by the service.

We were met and shown around this spacious and clean apartment. You could see by the views that we where perfectly located as you could see parts of the sea.

The bottle of wine which was left for us went down well as we relaxed in the balcony before our lovely short stroll to the sea front and Port.

Our bedrooms were neat and spacious, and I had the best 4 nights sleep I had experienced for a long time.

Staying in October, people were shocked at home when I told them we had been sunbathing by the pool.

Thanks very much for your apartment. I will DEFINATELY be booking again.
