R & K’s Marathon Paradise

Boaters, fishermen, families, and YES even your 4 legged friends will enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath open floor plan duplex. Property is located on the widest and deepest canal in Marathon. R & K’s Marathon Paradise features easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean and is located just minutes away from a public boat ramp. This home has everything you need for the perfect vacation!
The Master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath, and a large flat-screen TV. Down the hall, you will find the Guest bedroom with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV and a full bath just outside in the hall.
The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a crockpot, toaster, can opener, and a Keurig along with plenty of cookware and a dining area for when you want to eat in. For when you’d rather dine out, R & K’s Marathon Paradise is conveniently located near many wonderful restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Enjoy the comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV. Free Wifi and Cable are included as well as a DVD player. Sit out on the balcony and look out over the water with your morning coffee or for the perfect end to the day. Underneath the house is designed for entertainment with an outdoor sectional sofa, BBQ grill, propane fire table, dining table, and chairs, and outdoor games all under lighted ceiling fans and fenced in the back yard.
If you’re a fisherman you will love the fish cleaning table and bait freezer and there are 35 feet of dockage for your boat and plenty of room for your trailer.
And don’t forget that your rental includes access to the Cabana Club just a short drive away where there is a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and beach. Entry is free for guests of R & K’s Marathon Paradise and food and drinks are available for purchase.

Home is pet friendly and will require a non-refundable fee, the amount depends on pet size and breed. The owner has set no pets over 60 pounds.  NO CATS ( Owner is severly allergic)
Cabana Club included and passes will be available at the club located in Key Colony a 15-minute drive from the home 
One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information given 24-48 hours before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property on the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.
A starter kit of toiletries are provided, you will need to provide additional supplies for the duration of your stay

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

The fee depends on breed and size and can vary from 150 to 500 per pet.
Pet fees are as follows:
  0-9 pounds $150
10 - 20 pounds $200
21-40 pounds $300
41-60 pounds $400
61-80 pounds $450.00
this home only allows 2 pets under 60 pounds wound consider an 80-pound dog but only one per stay

Please note this home is a Saturday to Saturday Booking only and is pet friendly.

You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
