Bright and comfortable apartment, in the heart of Trastevere
This modern apartment offers well-proportioned interiors throughout, a large terrace and a superb location. It can host up to 4 people and it comprises a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double comfortable double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is situated on the first floor of a period building and through a staircase (mind the steps, they are a little steep) you can access to a wonderful and equipped terrace where you can enjoy nice dinners or relax after a day of sightseeing. The terrace is shared with one other apartment. The apartment is ideally located moments from the variety of amenities of Trastevere and is well served: most of the main touristic sites can be reached walking or by bus. This is a cozy and nice accommodation ideal for families.

Good apartment with extra fees and poor cleaning
We had some problems with this apartment: a refundable cash deposit was required at check-in and we were charged for a cleaning fee in cash, both advised only after booking on this, it was not described here. Despite this, we had to deal with more than ten small cockroaches appearing day after day through the kitchen of the apartment. The second part of the payment was made outside the VRBO, which left us unsure. We just did not cancel because we would lose the money paid, according to the cancellation policy. The apartment is well located and is as in the photos, but be careful abou these issues.
Dear guest, we apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes in the historical center may happen to see some insect, our maintenance staff has promptly intervened in your apartment.
Regarding the fees, all information about the cleaning fee and the security deposit are clearly shown online on the webpage of the apartment, you can see all those information before proceeding with the booking.
Very smooth booking process and accurate apartment pics. Recommend the offered airport pick-up - the driver already waited for us upon arrival. Raffaele, who let us in and showed us around the apartment, was very professional and nice. Everything in good working order. The apartment is on the second (American) floor and looks out onto a wonderful, very busy pedestrian street (great people watching!). The upstairs terrace is great. The street and neighborhood are full of bars and little shops. It does get a bit loud and it does go on into the night, but we were aware of this based on the other reviews and this was exactly what we were looking for.
Lovely Trastevere apartment
Location was perfect - we walked to all of the major sights during our week-long stay. Apartment was comfortable and everything in working order. The terrace is up a steep flight of stairs, but well worth it. We enjoyed a glass of wine every evening (and sometimes a pizza) up there. The booking process was so easy with the help of Lucrezia. We arranged for airport pick-up and our driver brought us directly to the apartment, where Emanuele greeted us and spent some time giving us info about the apartment, the surrounding area, and great tips about finding grocery stores, restaurants, etc. - very helpful! Everything went just as planned and we loved the Trastevere area. We would definitely return to this apartment for our next trip to Rome.
thank you very much!
We recently returned from our trip to Rome, and I felt it necessary to write about our experience with the apartment we rented for 5 nights. The location was ideal, great bakeries and restaurants around. The accommodation was very comfortable and suited our needs. Should we have the opportunity to return to Rome, I would certainly return to this lovely apartment.
Wonderful stay; location so convenient. Staff very helpful indeed. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and all facilities present and in good working order. Nice and spacious terrace with access outside the apartment. Beware of the steps!
While Rome seduces with its extraordinary monuments, Trastevere captures the traveler's heart. It is the most authentic and characteristic District within the Historic Center, the perfect place to glimpse the old world while enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. Often described as Bohemian, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to the old, narrow, winding, cobblestone streets. Homes decorated with flower boxes and clinging ivy interlace with coffee bars, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind boutiques. The apartment is located in one of those small streets, next to the river and few meters away from the Tiberina Island. Thanks to its strategic location, you can reach within walking distance many astonishing places such as Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Imperial Forum, the Coliseum and the Spanish Steps. Following the river Tiber for 15 minutes you may reach the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. Passing through this magical place, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step.
