Klinci, a village which is mentioned in the seventeenth century, situated on an elevated peninsula Lustica in Montenegro, southern orientation with a view to Croatia and entrance to the Bay. Once the village was inhabited by olive growers and winemakers who have been building traditional stone houses with medieval style. Villa Saint Tryphon, carefully restored old stone olive-grove house, named after the patron saint of the village. Awarded with 4 stars, contains five apartments, a tavern and a pool with a grand view of the entrance to the Bay and architecture integrated into the Mediterranean atmosphere of the village. The modern apartments offer all the comforts and conveniences and unique modern designed interior. For customers' needs apartments can be interconnected, each has a terrace overlooking the sea.The tavern, which was once an olive mill is 200 years old, can be used for meals and as a relaxation zone. Each Apartment is 40 SQM with a double bed that can be seperated and made in 2 single beds. The living area has a love seat and a sofa that can become a full pull out bed. Small kitchen nook has a table with 3 chairs, refrigerator, electric kettle and a small sink. Bathroom has all the modern fittings and a hair dryer as well. 2 Top floor apartments has a balcony with a wonderful view to the sea and the rolling hills below. Other 2 apartments on the first floor have a terrace which overlooks the sea . And last but not the least the 5th Apartment on the ground floor is a unique and mystical with stone clad walls, you have to see it to believe it.
The Villa has a private infinity pool with lounging and rocking chairs on the deck to sun bathe and enjoy.
Stone stairs and streets, paths interspersed with beds of flowers and plants snaking between stone village houses. The surrounding mountains and hills provide the impressive views towards the sea, and the slopes that descend built sheltered coves with hidden beaches. By bike or car can reach the bay paddle, beach Dobrec, Mirište, Žanjice and 3 km is an old fishing village Rose which offers several restaurants. Even the Lustica peninsula and the village klinci has a rich history and plenty of sacred objects and is therefore also called the small Holy Mountain. The once island-prison Mamula and Blue cave are only part of the interesting historical and natural uniqueness that are near and which must be seen. Views of the olive groves and the sea , introduce special magical peace and provide a sense of tranquility and harmony.Be inspired in Klinci and write a book here which you had planned for a long time, there are no clocks ticking here, time has stopped.
