Perfect location to explore this delightful town & stunning surrounding Jurassic coastline. Ideally situated close to safe sandy beaches, town amenities, coastal path walks, pier and steam railway. Corfe Castle, Studland Bay, Brownsea Island, Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove are only a short drive away.
For 2018 our change-over day is Saturday, moving to Friday for 2019.

Stylish Swanage Apartment
We found Flat 2, Pier View to be a very well equipped property in an excellent location and we enjoyed a family seaside holiday here for 5 days last week. The modern, stylish décor was a delight.
Swanage is located in an area of Dorset that provides plenty to do and we made the most of what was on offer from walking to visiting NT properties to taking a ride on a steam train and an open top bus. Just strolling round the town and along the wide curve of the sandy beach watching the waves roll in ensured we relaxed and forgot about the normal daily routine back home. Even travelling to Swanage is an adventure as we used the chain link ferry to cross over to Studland Bay.
We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially if you are looking to stay in a traditional English resort in one of the most scenic parts of the UK.

Lovely modern apartment
Very modern spacious and clean apartment right in the heart of Swanage. Very comfortable and conveniently located for cafe's and shops and 30 seconds walk to the sea.
Fantastic apartment in a great location.
Swanage is a lively town with plenty of pubs and places to eat (but be sure to book well in advance). As a base for walking the coast path and inland walks it was ideal - we recommend anyone to get the steam train to Corfe Castle and walk back to Swanage via Harry Rocks.
The apartment is brilliant - loads of room, well equipped and just 50 yards down to the sea front. All the fittings and decor were in great order and the kitchen had everything you would expect from a property of this class. No washing machine but there is a launderette in town if needed.
Very tastefully done.every thing you needed.but could do with a washing machine as we are walkers.
Swanage has a lot to offer.we have been here a few times and always enjoy it.plenty of walks to do which we like.weather was quite hot which made it even better.the apartment was brill set out lovely loads of room and so near to the seafront,ideal for an evening stroll .all in all 100percent
Excellent appartment, very spacious, everything you woulc need, lovely large bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, large lounge and open planned kitchen, it is based
on two floors so that we could have privacy from my daughter and partner they had their
own bedroom private bathroom and seating area, overhall very pleasent stay would highly recommend
Swanage hosts a variety of film, art and music (folk, blues, jazz) festivals throughout the year.
A popular carnival/reggatta week takes place in the summer & features stunning firework displays over Swanage Bay. Life Boat week in August is always great fun.
Swanage has award winning safe sandy beaches just yards from our apartment and a wonderful Victorian pier to stroll on.
Studland Bay is a 10 minuite drive away, featuring National Trust sandy beaches and famous dunes.
The South West coastal path is right on the doorstep.
Corfe Castle is 5 miles away, featuring the Castle ruins (for a special day out take the steam train from Swanage).
Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door is 15 miles, very close to the 'ghost' village of Tyneham which was 'temporarily' evacuated during WW2 as part of the preparations for D-Day and is still unoccupied today!
The Saxon walled town of Wareham is 10 miles, with direct trains to/from London Waterloo.
The Isle of Purbeck is full of great places to explore and visit and is well known for its wildlife, including rare birds and sea life with dolphins regularly being spotted along the coastline from Studland to Lulworth Cove.

Please do not hesitate to phone or email us to discuss any customised quotes in low season (eg 4 or 5 day stay) or for any booking questions you may have. 25% non refundable deposit with booking - remaining balance due 6 weeks before holiday start date. For 2018 the changeover day is Saturday. Please note beginning January 2019 the changover day will be Friday. Arrival time no earlier than 3pm - depart both apartment and parking space by 10am.
