My condo is a two bedroom, two bath, beach condo located on the Florida Gulf Coast. It is on the seventh floor (top of building) and provides a beautiful panoramic view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a partial view of the Gulf Beach from the balcony. There is a king size bed in MBR and two doubles in 2nd BR. It is equipped with 2 leather recliners and leather sofabead.

In addition to other amenities listed, this Non-Smoking condo has free 'RoadRunner' Lighning high speed internet access(use for your laptop with direct cable or wireless hookups),two HD LED cable TV's, DVD player, phones, and private fishing and boat docks. You have a clear view of the boat and fishing docks from my balcony. Short drive to Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea World, and many other central Florida attractions., Free LD calls in USA, Canada, & Puerto Rico. About Gil & Yvonne Rodriguez

We purchased this condo in 2001. Living nearby in Tampa makes maintenance and condo board meetings very convenient. We are Tampa natives and have been married 55 years. Gil is retired from law enforcement and Yvonne recently worked part-time for St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Our daughter and her family live in Trenton, NJ.

Why Gil & Yvonne Rodriguez chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

My wife and I were born and raised in Tampa. Even before meeting each other in High school, we would often travel to the Gulf Beaches with our families in the old family car, loaded with old car tubes and food. We enjoyed the azure blue waters of the gulf and the beautiful white beach sand. We didn't own any beach property then and we would return home at dusk. It all brings back fond memories. We are thankful to have been able to purchase our place 13 years ago.

In addition to the listed amenities, our condo is well maintained and supplied with all comforts of home. Any problem needing immediate attention can be addressed by us as we reside 45 minutes away in Tampa. Another important advantage with our unit is the comfort of our balcony. In the after noon, when one has had their share of the scorching Florida sun, you can enjoy lounging in the cool shade of our balcony. It faces east and away from the glare and heat of the sun.

Very nice!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. Gil and Yvonne were always quick to return phone calls and take care of concerns and questions. This included a new sofa sleeper. Very nice!! Wonderful view of the intercoastal and beach. Loved watching the boats. Would love to stay there again!!

Great Property and Great Price!

We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It is a spacious 2bed/2bath condo with a great balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. There are no other buildings on the intracoastal side so your view of the sunrise is unobstructed. The beach is slightly visible from the balcony as well. Check-in and out were a breeze and we couldn't have been happier with this fully furnished condo.

The property itself was very clean. The pool was nice with many lounge chairs available.

OK for price but nothing to rave about!

The owners of this condo were very nice and that makes writing this honestly more difficult. We didn't make a big deal of anything because we wanted to enjoy the time we had there with family nearby. The Pro's: the owners were very nice and reachable, the kitchen was well stocked for a vacay rental, the living room was comfortable wit two leather lazy boys and a large leather sofa, the master bedroom mattress was comfy too. Tv's in every room, strong WIFI. The beach access is great, the pool is nice and kept heated in winter months. It's right off Park BLVD N so traffic is not as bad as going up island. The Cons: the tile floors need a machine washing to get them back to par (we wore socks all week), the kitchen pans, blender, etc. had food remains from previous tenants, the dining room table shakes like crazy, one of the double beds had a broken bed frame - the overall condition was just tired, the place needs attention, i.e. grouting in baths, interior painting and of course a scrub down from head to toe. There is one elevator and it's a large busy building.

Owner's Response: After all the consistent 5 star ratings our condo has received over the years, we were shocked upon receiving this one However, we take criticism quite seriously and immediately react to them. In this case there was just cause and the deficiencies have been addressed with with the building house keeping crew, I have replaced the damaged bed frame, and the other mentioned problems have been targeted. We appreciate being apprised of problems so that can be corrected.
