Located on the edge of charming and historic Speightstown on the West Coast of Barbados is this fully air conditioned 3 bedroom 3 en suite bathroom, 1,700 sq ft beachfront penthouse duplex apartment with high vaulted ceilings covered and uncovered terrace with sea and beach views.
The property is well equipped throughout and includes 2 dining areas (one adjacent to the open plan fully equipped granite kitchen and one on the terrace with covered area, sun lounger and large retractable umbrella) and living / TV area.
All bedrooms and the living areas are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. All bedrooms include their own private en suite bathrooms.The property includes house keeping, towels and linen and is in an deal location, directly opposite beach with safe swimming, and is also within a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
Lower level: 1 large en suite bedroom with super king bed, 2 built in cupboards and a marble top dressing table, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
2 en suite bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed both with high vaulted ceilings and built in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Outside: The terrace includes a covered area as well as an uncovered area ideal for private sun bathing. The terrace includes an Oliver Jordan dining table which can set up to 8 people. Terrace also includes a BBQ, large retractable umbrella and sun lounger. All chairs include cushions.
Coast / Beach: 40 yards from the beach. The beach is very quiet and offers great swimming. You can also walk along the beach to the north for at least 2 miles where there is a long and quiet beach leading up to Port St. Charles luxury marina.
Golf: There are 3 great golf courses within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Royal Westmoreland, Sandy Lane and Apes Hill. Please contact to arrange Tee times.
Special interest holidays: Water skiing and all manner of water sports can be arranged on the beach directly opposite the property. In house spa treatments can also be arranged by request.
How to get there: The airport is 45 minutes away by car. Car hire is not essential as you can walk to all amenities such as the beach. supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, banks, bus station and police station.
Car hire can be arranged which can be collected at the airport or delivered to the property.
Taxis can also be arranged by request.
Distances: Holetown where additional shopping and restaurants are located is a mere 15 minutes away.
Luxury Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre is located in Holetown. Main town, Bridgetown is approximately 30 minutes travel from Speightstown.
Speightstown offers the best of convenience and amenities - local banks, supermarket, shopping and great restaurants all within close proximity to each other.

An absolutely stunning place to stay!
We stayed in unit for a week around Easter. We loved the location – right across from what felt like a private beach, but close to everything in Speightstown. This was our second time to Barbados, the first time we stayed in Bridgetown, so it was a nice change to experience a quieter, less touristy village. There were enough amenities to make it feel like a vacation – we got take-out from the Fisherman’s Pub, went out for drinks at Little Bristol’s Bar and shopped at the local markets.
The unit itself is beautiful, well-appointed and in excellent condition. We loved sitting out on the deck and the breeze it would bring through the unit. Three master bedrooms was a huge plus for us, everyone felt like they were special. There was 6 of us in the family and there was lots of room for us to gather, and enough space for everyone to spread out. I would highly recommend this unit and location. Richard, the owner was friendly and prompt with communication.
This place is really nice, everything you need. Volney is just wonderful. Beds however are so hard didn’t sleep well for the 9 days. No internet in the back bedroom or bedroom down stairs even with booster. The charges for here is a little strange cuz your being charged in euros no Babados or US. Nice safe town. Love Barbados the people are the freindliest people....
Relaxation in Speightstown
My wife, adult son and his girlfriend all spent 10 days in the White Sands condo in Speightstown, Barbados. The condo was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and with the outside balcony/lanai provided terrific views of the ocean and street below. On first blush the surrounding buildings gave us pause but it is just another reality of small parish Barbados that older buildings co-exist with the new. The town is very safe and the people easy going. Many of the bars and restaurants (all within a short walk) offer good food, and some have lounge chairs and umbrellas for guest use on the beach. We recommend a car rental for a few days in order to see the entire island - but stay puckered, the roads are narrow, left hand drive and the locals move quickly. All in all a terrific stay at a great location with the comfort of an upper end condo to come home to. Our hosts Richard and Sarah were very accommodating with airport transfers and assistance wherever required. Thanks again for a great holiday.
