Superb loft apartment with one bedroom in one of the most beautiful and peculiar streets of the historic center of Malaga.

In our street there are infinity of cafes and restaurants absolutely peculiar.

A double bedroom and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room allow an occupancy of up to 4 people.

The apartment has a full kitchen with washing machine, as well as a modern and functional bathroom.

The location is unbeatable. The Thyssen Museum of Málaga, the Picasso Museum, Calle Larios, Plaza de la Merced, or the unspoilt and picturesque bars and restaurants of the area can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment has a spectacular pool overlooking the Cathedral of Malaga on the roof of the building.

Important: The swimming pool will be open to everyone from 00:00 to 08:00 am.

During the semana of Feria de Málaga (ver fechas concretas de cada año) the swimming pool will be awarded to all the motivos of seguridad.

The apartment has a complete set of sheets, towels, cutlery, crockery, etc.

We have a set of hammocks to climb and use in the pool.

Absolutely amazing!!

Absolutely amazing!! No better way to describe Juan's villa. Upon arrival, we were showed around the property and villa, and this place was full of great surprises. Outdoors, the property is very well maintained, the pool is BIG (bigger than what you think when seeing the pictures), there are sunbeds, a fully equipped terrace (table/chairs etc..) and BBQ etc.. The inside of the house is beautiful, clean, spotless! The kitchen is very well equipped (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher) and the quality is outstanding. We were blown away by the the attention to detail, the accommodation, the quality of the furniture, the views, the upstairs terrace (view on Olive tree field with red earth). Air conditioning in the main living area and in the master bedroom was great. The quality of the bathrooms and shower etc....I could write a review for hours to praise how good this Villa was and would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the south of Spain. A short drive away from Malaga, Torremolinos, Mijas, Marbella etc - location was amazing (very quiet, discreet, private, no neighbours etc..).

Juan, your house is stunning, you are a great guy, your wife was extremely welcoming and we would not hesitate to book your house again, and recommend it to friends and family, or the home away community. Thanks for making our holidays so relaxing and enjoyable!!! Just a suggestion, you need to update your pictures :) they are not a fair reflection of the beauty of your house.

Accueil chaleureux , appartement impeccable: fonctionnel, bien situé, très confortable.

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques dans un logement où on se sent comme chez-soi dès le premier jour, c'est confortable, douillet, chaleureux et on est content d'y rentrer chaque soir après une belle journée de visite ou de plage.

Luxe, sfeervol en perfecte ligging!

Zeer fijn appartement. Luxe afwerking, en alles nieuw en fris. Met een (huur)auto prima te doen, want gratis plekje in de parkeergarage (500m). Maar ook met OV: vanaf vliegveld voor € 1,80 ben je in 10min in Malaga, en daarna ongeveer 10min lopen naar het appartement. De ligging is nog het meest fantastisch: streek de straat over en je zit direct in het autovrije centrum. Op steenworp afstand superlekkere restaurants. Mijn tip in de straat zelf: Gloria Hoyos! Heerlijk eten voor een goeie prijs. Het dakterras is een hele mooie toevoeging. In jan/feb nog geen zwemweer, maar wel de hele dag volle zon op het terras als deze schijnt. Ook met 4 personen goed te doen: de slaapbank in de woonkamer is prima! Absolute aanrader voor een citytip naar Malaga!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Nous avons été accueillis par José et Rosa, des propriétaires très sympas et serviables. La maison possède tout les équipements qu'il faut. L'endroit est très calme, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Maison correcte mais un doute subsiste..

Maison agréable, propre et fonctionnelle, calme assuré, rien à dire...

il manque peut être une bâche à bulle pour la piscine, qui aurait pu être plus chaude à cette période de l'année

En revanche, problème à l'arrivée, après avoir recompté à 2 reprises le solde à verser en espèces ( 850€ et 400€ de caution ), nous étions certains d'avoir donné le bon montant, mais le propriétaire, ne parlant ni français ni anglais, nous a indiqué qu'il manquait 100€, que nous avons donc remis ayant un doute...

Même problème lors du départ, le BIP permettant d'ouvrir la porte garage, a disparu au moment de l'état des lieux, et le propriétaire nous a déduit la somme de 50€ sur la caution.

Ce bip était forcément dans la villa vu que la voiture était entrée et n'étions d'ailleurs pas ressortis.. Nous avons donc cherché partout, également dans les poubelles, mais n'a jamais été retrouvé, alors que toutes les clés étaient rangées au même endroit durant toute la semaine, afin d'éviter ce désagrément.

Il ne s'agit bien évidemment que des doutes, mais cela fait beaucoup.

J'ai recontacté par écrit le propriétaire afin de savoir s'il l'avait retrouvé, messages restés sans réponse de sa part....

Si cela est déjà arrivé ou arrivait à nouveau, merci de me le signaler..

Ceci est dommage car nous avons passé néanmoins un excellent séjour dans cette villa.
