The Atlantic Ocean is just steps from the door of this beach front multi unit located directly on Salisbury Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, building sandcastles, and unsurpassed views. This property is ideal for family vacationers who love the beach and a relaxing, kid-friendly environment.

This is a duplex property. This unit has 3 floors and sleeps 12 people. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal. TV room has a large sectional sofa and a sleeper love seat, along with a flat screen WIFI accessible TV . The street side has a large deck with an outdoor table and a shared gas grill. The ocean side has a small three season porch that opens onto the beach. There is a full bath on the first and third floors, and a half bath on the second floor. Both ocean side bedrooms have an attached sleeping porch.

Fully stocked kitchen, with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, utensils, cookware, basic small appliances. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Linens are available for an additional charge only when requested in advance. When renting bed linens, they must be laundered on Saturday morning before vacating.

There are three (3) parking spots assigned to this unit. Tandem parking is reserved for two (2) cars in the driveway along with an additional single spot.

Family rentals - not a young adult rental property: As a multi-unit house we take care in making your stay enjoyable. Renting beach property has its unique challenges so we make every attempt to keep our property clean and safe. By only renting to responsible families, we try to insure your rental experience and vacation is not disrupted. We hope you will respect the property as Units 1 & 2 are also our own family’s vacation home. During the rental season the owner’s family will also use the small Unit #3, basement, which is helpful for renters knowing the landlord is often on the premises.

No smoking inside the house. No housekeeping or laundry service provided on site; however a coin operated laundromat is located directly across the street. The unit is not winterized.

Convenience store, laundromat and restaurant are located directly across the street. There is a family friends entertainment center with arcades, food and outdoor musical entertainment, a short walk from the unit (1/2 mile). Every Friday night there is a fire works show that can be seen from the property. There are a wide variety of day trips and activities in the area.



CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made in writing one month in advance of occupancy date to receive a full refund, minus a $35 processing fee. Should cancellation occur within 15-29 days of arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Should a cancellation occur within 14 days of arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Wonderful space to spend our week at the beach!

Always clean and inviting. This was our third year renting the entire house. Great location, step out on the sand. Walk to beach center. We will be back!
