Comfortable & very nicely decorated/furnished. Everything we needed was there.

A lovely apartment in pretty much the centre of the market town of Ripon. A short walk to all amenities you could possibly need. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and Karen was very helpful and accomodating. I would recommend staying in either of the Cathedral apartments (Karen kindly let me have a sneaky peak at the other too).

Clean, warm, well presented, well equipped.

We had a great time in and around Ripon - highlights were the stained glass in the Cathedral, the massive ruins of Fountains Abbey and a spectacular drive around the dales.

Fantastic flat

We stayed for a short break, and loved it. The flat had everything we needed, and was accessible to Ripon town centre, amenities, and other towns. Karen gave us clear instructions, and the flat was clean and well set up for our arrival. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely mixture of modern, high end amenities, and charming old-world cottage.

We loved this apartment the moment we set foot in it! Interesting, nicely decorated, good-sized rooms. A very welcome "welcome pack" with fresh fruit, butter, milk, eggs, orange juice, rolls. All communication was quick and very friendly. Step-by-step directions to get in to the car park and unit made arrival so easy. Modern bathroom with very nice fixtures and plenty of towels. Just a block away from the town square with shops, grocery store and restaurants. Don't miss the hornblower at 9pm!

The apartment was very comfortably laid out and thoughtfully furnished, including some basic grocery items. Terrific comfortable beds and nicely appointed kitchen and bath. Cozy lounge with blankets and seating for relaxing after a long day. Excellent location literally 2 minutes' walk from Ripon Cathedral and the town square (with a Sainsbury's and shops). Don't miss meeting and hearing the Ripon Hornblower every night at 9 pm in the square! 5-10 minute drive to Fountains Abbey. Lovely green parks are a block away. Karen was a pleasure to deal with and sent all the necessary information to us before we arrived. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Lovely space in a central location for seeing the city and driving out to local sights.

We had a super weekend seeing the local Fountains Abbey, Pateley Bridge and Ripon with its impressive cathedral. The apartment is well catered for. The road outside the single bedroom was noisy (since that window is only single glazed). The entire place was cosily furnished.

Locally we have the World Heritage Site of Fountains Abbey and the Ripon Cathedral. Every Night at 9pm the Hornblower blowes his Horn from Each Corner of the Market Square and gives a talk near the Obelisk.

There is also the Ripon Prison Museum & Newby Hall.

Brigham Rocks is about 9 miles away and owned by the National Trust.

Ripon is the Perfect place to Discover the Yorkshire Dales and Nidderdale. It is a haven for Walkers and Cyclist.
