Lovely little house in a quiet location.

  • 5 of 5

This cute little house is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The bathroom and kitchen have obviously been recently updated and are very nice. The sleeping arrangements can accommodate six people easily. My only complaint is that the free WiFi works well in the morning, but becomes spotty in the afternoon and evening. I believe that this is probably due to the amount of WiFi traffic on the network since it is a community WiFi connection. But, it is Free Wifi.

Owner's Response: Thank you, you were lovely guests we look forward to seeing you again The phones and wifi in this area are something to be desired. I.have vorizen and craig has AT&T and a lot of time we get Canada. We are remote. LOL. Sarah and Craig

Less than expected

  • 1 of 5

The place is very run down and smelled musty. There were no bikes or gas grill, as the description said. It was very small and outdated. Nothing special - I wouldn't go back.

Owner's Response: This guest obviously confused this property with some other. We do not advertise either bikes or gas grills. Also, the property is cleaned by professionals after each guest leaves, so the comment about "musty" is not warranted or correct.

Lovely little home!

  • 5 of 5

Very close to the marina in Port Sanilac. Fire ring and outdoor patio set was nice for one of our barbecues. One car garage was nice for storing our kayaks, chairs, grill, etc. Inside clean and cool. Owners were great! Great time of the year to visit Michigan. Thank you.

July 4th Getaway

  • 4 of 5

House was large and clean but a little dated. Water pressure in shower was really low. Some of the dishes and toaster were dirty. There was no wifi. We had to walk out to the street to pick up wifi from the restaurant across the street. There was a list of instructions to follow at check out such as take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and put dirty towels in the washer. Not sure why we had to do all that when we paid a $90 housekeeping fee. Owners are very friendly and accommodating.
