Newly available having only very recently been purchased and immaculately furnished by the owners, this amazing, beautifully appointed and extremely spacious brand new contemporary first floor three bedroom apartment has been lovingly and lavishly decorated by its' owners. The apartment is conveniently located in a brand new ultra prestigious community at the eastern end of the 'Golden Mile' and just a short walk to Marbella Town and Casablanca Beach, one of the best beaches on Marbella's fabulous Golden Mile. Here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood.

To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the port and old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and to the west is the world famous Marbella Club with Puerto Banús beyond. For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at this superb apartment have use of the private community swimming pool and gardens.

The apartment is within seven hundred and fifty meters of three of the best restaurants on the coast, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property including one at the end of the street and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

The accommodation is extremely well appointed. There are two bedroom suites with marble tiled bathrooms with power showers and a third bathroom serves as a guest WC. All the bathrooms have underfloor heating. The bedrooms are light and spacious and have top quality linen and fully fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully fitted and complete with top quality brand new appliances, crockery and cutlery. The large living and dining area has a large flat screen TV with 150 TV Channels in English and Swedish and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also a good selection of free movies on line and a two week catch up facility. There is fast and free WIFI with unlimited downloads. As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning. The apartment has its own secure underground parking spaces

Leading from the Salon and dining area is a large comfortable terrace where you can relax and chill out. It is west facing, perfect for afternoon sunbathing and for watching the beautiful Marbella sunsets.

We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.

The property is managed by a professional management team on behalf of the owners whose aim is to ensure that guests have the most perfect holiday. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday unforgettable!

I am a partner in a local estate agency called Crown Estates. We have two offices, on the Golden Mile at the Hotel Puente Romano and the other near Puerto Banús in the Guadalpin Hotel. I have had a home in Marbella since 1979 but moved to this wonderful part of the world to live here permanently in 2004. My wife and I love it here and our children were educated in Marbella so we know the area well and are happy to share our local knowledge with you and will do all that we can to make your stay exceptional, enjoyable and memorable. Marbella enjoys a unique climate thanks to its location which is on the sandy coast of the Costa del Sol but protected by La Concha mountain immediately behind it. The effect is that Marbella, and in particular the Golden Mile is protected from northern winds and rain and as a result there is seldom any rain in Marbella. The average annual temperature is around 19ºC and there are usually over 320 days of sunshine a year.

The Golden Mile is particularly special. It is a hugely prestigious location with its lovely sandy beaches and Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and the world famous Marbella Club. Here you will find the homes of Royalty and the European elite. It is here that business tycoons and oligarchs rub shoulders with celebrities from the world of sport film and fashion. Some of Marbella's most expensive property is 300 meters from Jardines del Principe.

The Golden Mile boasts shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and it is within easy reach of Marbella town to the east and Puerto Banús to the west. Marbella itself has an excellent marina which bustles with nightlife, great restaurants and bars and can be easily reached on foot along the Paseo del Maritimo, a walkway along the beach that runs from Marbella to Puerto Banús and beyond.

The apartment is a five minute walk to the Paseo and is on the edge of Marbella Town on the eastern end of the Golden Mile. It is only 450 meters from a fantastic beach, and there are plenty of shops and shops within a few hundred meters of the apartment. The nearest supermarket is 100 metres away (and there is a Sarbucks in the same building) and there is a bus stop and a taxi rank across the road so getting could not be more simple or easy.

The town of Marbella itself also has a walled Old Town which is one of the most beautiful of its kind in Andalucía. It is a magnificently preserved area with narrow, white streets and floral balconies. Here you can find dozens of excellent restaurants and bars and whilst they cater for tourists you will mingle with the friendly locals and pay reasonable prices.

There are a number of Marinas in the Marbella area but four kilometres to the west is the world famous Puerto Banús, Marbella's principal and most prestigious marina with moorings for the super yachts that bring the more discerning billionaires to the area. Here you will find the most glamorous people, exclusive bars, clubs and wonderful restaurants and of course; designer shops!!

Marbella is a vibrant 24-hour town that features Spain's top beach clubs and night spots. There is a vast range to choose from ranging from the large and famous super clubs like Olivier Valere and Tibu at night or Nikki Beach and Ocean Club during the day to the smaller and more intimate chill out zones; ask us and we can guide you through the choices available.

As well as the most exclusive brand names in the world that can be found in Puerto Banús, there are charming shops in the Old Town and Marbella itself, and huge weekly markets where everything and anything from 'designer' handbags to furniture is bought and sold and the La Canada shopping centre is only three miles way. With its' hundred + shops, restaurants, a cinema and bowling alley it is by far the largest shopping centre in Andalucía; there is something there for everyone!

Marbella is a sports enthusiast's paradise, from football to horse riding, baseball to basketball, beach volleyball to paddle and of course with almost every water sport known to man, Marbella has it all! There are over fifty championship golf courses within a twenty minute drive of the apartment and the famous Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucía with its six excellent courses is only a five minute drive. Marbella in in the Province of Malaga in the region of Andalucía which is Spain's most southerly, one of its poorest and its' hottest region! it is now one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, thanks to its sandy beaches, beautiful countryside, great food, spectacular scenery and lovely people.

There is much to see and do throughout Andalucía which is the home of flamenco and bullfighting, and the region is steeped in history thanks to its Moorish past. The Moors were a mixture of Berbers and Arabs who crossed into Spain from North Africa via the Straits of Gibraltar and occupied the area for more than seven centuries. Each of these Andalusian capitals boasts spectacular remains of their monuments, the most unforgettable of which is, undoubtedly, Granada's Alhambra palace. But there is much else to see and do in Andalucía. Luxurious, well maintained apartment in great location

This three bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay (3 friends in their 40s). A bedroom and bathroom each, plus a spacious living area, kitchen and outside seating area - all immaculately furnished to a high standard.

The apartment is in a great location - about 5-10 minutes walk down to the sea front, where you'll find some great cafes and restaurants, and a lovely promenade for a morning stroll. Marbella old town is about 20 minute walk, but we took a taxi from the apartment (there is a concierge on site to arrange this for you).

There is a large department store (El Corte Ingles) just down from the apartment that has a supermarket in the basement (equivalent to Waitrose back home we thought) so really easy to do a bit of self catering - although when you sample the food in the Old town restaurants you want to eat there all the time.

Emily was fantastic throughout - from the moment we booked the apartment she responded to emails very quickly with useful informaTion. We also used her recommendation to book a private transfer from the airport which was excellent and very efficient.

Overall, would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return!

Stunning 1st floor apartment.5minute walk to the supermarket, 10 minute to beach and restaurants..Puerto Buenus €12 one way in a taxi. Apartment decorated to a high standard. Outdoor sitting area very comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Perfect

The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, a welcome pack on arrival (which was a lovely surprise) very clean, incredibly comfortable and lovely owners too. The apartment is very close to a couple of supermarkets and just a short stroll down to the gorgeous beaches and restaurants/cafes. Everything was catered for and even beach towels were available for us to use. You must eat at the Boardwalk restaurant on the front (amazing food) I would highly recommend this apartment and we are already looking to book again next year. 5 stars!!
