About the property

80 m holiday home, located just 50 meters from the beach

Large windows overlooking the beach. Bright and spacious apartment has a living room with sofa massage, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with double bed of 1.50 cm and with bathroom with bath, second bedroom with twin beds lliteras type, and a second bathroom with shower plate. Sea views from the rooms, lounge and kitchen.

Located in one of the best areas of the capital from where you can move easily because it has a taxi stand at the door of the apartment and a few meters walking to the bus station that will connect you to all important places in the island and from where you can also take the tourist bus to visit the city.

Moreover Beach Avenue offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy and all kinds of international food.

The mild climate and pleasant bathing water temperature (between 18 degrees in the winter and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches can be enjoyed all year.

The sports offer Gran Canaria is closely linked to its mild climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allows the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle tennis, sailing, windsurfing ...)

And for nature lovers the island offers natural surroundings of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the title of "miniature continent".

Gran Canaria internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has plenty of natural resources that make it the perfect destination for health care. Thoroughly enjoyed our week in our apartment.

Carmen the owner always answered any questions very promptly with useful information. She left a very good supply of food for us. The location was excellent....close to the city and beach. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need on a holiday. The only problem was the noise from the renovation work on a building opposite. However that looks as if it will soon be completed but unfortunate that it corresponded with our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Family Vacation in Las Palmas

Dear All, we would like to share our experience and commnets, regarding this apartments.

First of all we would like to tell a thanks to Carmen, she is absolutely good and hospitality owner. She met us exactly in time, in the firts night for check in, and as addition we got a fresh fruits, water and snacks, which was sufficient enough for first breakfest, and especially for kids after long flight.

The location of apartments, is very conveniet for walking distance to the beach, restaurants and others entertainments, depends on choices.

Equipments in apartments are nicely arranged and in good working conditions.

Have a good vacations.

Perfetta in tutto

Posizione eccezionale,appartamento comodo pulito e dotato di tutto quello che poteva servire e anche del superfluo; accoglienza veloce e precisa e ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare a disposizione una dotazione di cibi al nostro arrivo che sono serviti per le prime necessità; wi.fi ottima ricezione. Ci sentiamo di consigliare a tutti l'appartamento di Carmen Nuevesche abbiamo trovato molto accogliente e con vicino tutto quello che poteva servire: supermercato alla porta accanto, stazione taxi a 10 metri, noleggio auto a 15 metri, caffetterie , ristoranti ,bar da 5 metri a 50 metri di distanza si poteva trovare tutto quello che serviva. Abbiamo passato una settimana deliziosa, siamo stati felici. Grazie di tutto. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Location LAS PALMAS - TRES BIEN

Logement très bien sous tous rapports : confortable, bien équipé (2 SDB, vraie cuisine), proche de la plage, bien situé, superficie tout à fait correcte.

Excellent accueil de Carmen : ravitaillement (lait, eau, fromage, jambon, jus de fruit, etc...) et corbeille de fruits nous attendaient. Tout avait été prévu pour rendre notre séjour agréable et confortable (serviettes de plage et autres multiples petites attentions).
