Amazing view of the Gulf from this upper floor unit. Decorated in hues of taupe, aqua and grey. New tile flooring throughout. Luxurious remodeled bathroom. Newer custom kitchen with Corian countertop and decorative backsplash. Whirlpool appliances with digital smooth top stove. LG flat screen TV, ceiling fan, leather sofa and dressers with plenty of storage. Comfortable king size bed. Toast to the amazing sunsets out your back door with a 1/2 privacy wall and a couple of palm trees to round out your relaxing day on the beach.

* Rates are for 1 to 2 persons, maximum occupancy is 2, additional guests are $15.00 per person per night. children 10 and under may stay free, and are not counted toward the maximum occupancy.

Beautiful grounds. Well kept property. Gorgeous uncrowded beach. Complicated laundry room situation made it not useable.

Clean and comfortable studio condo

Great condo for my husband and I. Furnishings were comfortable and condo and grounds were very well kept. It is right on the beach with only one flight of stairs to go down to the parking lot or to go down to the beach. Longboat Key was a great, relaxing place to vacation at! Definitely coming back to the area and will plan to stay in this condo unless we bring our kids!

Stunning!!

This property is by far the best place we have stayed in any of the keys..! So clean and beautiful, the people were all so friendly and welcoming!.. The room was so comfortable and clean, and not to mention THE VIEW WAS STUNNING!! We spent every minute we could out on that beach!
