Bright and comfortable apartment is located in a beautiful house in about 280m above sea level in a quiet residential area of ​​Güimar. It is part of a 2 family house - but separated by a completely separate entrance upstairs. The highlight of this property idyllic gardens that will only be used by tenants as well as the private pool (8 x 4m) with mountain views and large covered terrace with dining and living room overlooking the pool. From the terrace you reach the patio, where there is a small barbecue area, another garden and access to housing. 100 m² of relaxing space with a large living room, dining room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen - separated by a small wall area bedroom with a single bed, a nice bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can be occupied up to 5 people. There is free WI-FI and air conditioning. A cot is available free on request. Also worth special mention the interior design of the house. Everything is prepared with love. On the upper floor with external input live the friendly owners, but privacy is guaranteed by far. If necessary, you can use the washing machine of them for free. It takes about 10 minutes walk from the center of the town of Güimar where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The Port of Güimar has delicious local seafood restaurants, the beach and boardwalk and can be reached in 10 minutes. Also hikers come by proximity to 'Barranco de Badajoz'. Conclusion: An ideal holiday home for an individual holiday in a very mild climate and away from mass tourism!

                                                          Beautiful house and garden.

                                                          Finca los Retalitos is a lovely old fashioned villa with an incredible garden and pool area with outdoor rooms and shaded bar area.

                                                          Gorgeous views from the mountains to the sea.

                                                          The house is the ground floor and mezzanine of a larger house, where the owners live in the upper portion. But the garden and pool are private and you have your own parking and private entrance.

                                                          The short driveway is too steep for a standard car. Either get a 4x4 or park on the street as we did. It's not a problem.

                                                          Katyia and Maxi were gracious hosts and a joy to meet.

                                                          Excellent and spacious accommodation

                                                          Lovely, comfortable accommodation. Very private and a great pool. Only negative would be to ensure that your car has high clearance to cope with the turn to and from the road to the lane leading to the villa. Catiya and Maxi are terrific hosts, nothing is to much trouble. I would heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone.

                                                          Ein Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Cayita und Maxi sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber , frisches Obst, Kuchen und Wein standen bei der Ankunft bereit, frische Eier fürs Frühstück gab es auch. Man kann sie jederzeit ansprechen, bei Problemen helfen sie sofort. Der Garten mit Pool lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub - uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

                                                          We had a great stay at Finca los Retalitos. The house and huge garden are fantastic. There are many places to sit and relax. There is a small and big BBQ and different places to enjoy your dinner.

                                                          The house is also spacious and has everything you need.

                                                          A minor drawback is the small main bed (for us Dutch people).

                                                          You have a lot of privacy and because the place is so large, there is no one to take into account.

                                                          The location is great. Not in the middle of all the tourists, but still close to all the main attractions of the island. Only 30 minutes from the airport and 40 from the South. 20 Minutes to Santa Cruz and a beautiful 50 minutes drive to El Teide, the vulcano.

                                                          Last but not least we really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners. They picked us up at the gas station and led us to the house (which can be a little hard to find). They provided us with fruit, wine and even a home made paella.

                                                          We would greatly recommend this place to everyone who would like to enjoy Tenerife.

                                                          Cayita und Maxi sind großartige Botschafter ihrer Insel - sie haben uns in vielen Dingen sehr unterstützt, einen Abend hervorragend für uns gekocht und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und eine offene Tür. Das Gelände bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle Lebenslagen - überdacht, schattig, sonnig, unter Bäumen, im Pavillon. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls vielseitig eingerichtet, die Küche geräumig und gut versehen mit allem Nötigen.

                                                          Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances chez Cayita et Maxi. Le logement est encore mieux qu'en photos, très vaste et agréable, parfait pour une famille de 5 comme la nôtre.

                                                          Cayita et Maxi sont des hôtes formidables qui nous ont accueillis de la meilleure façon, toujours présents en cas de besoin tous en respectant notre intimité. Maxi nous a même préparé une excellente paella et nous avons pu déguster les avocats des arbres du jardin.

                                                          La ville de Guimar est très bien située pour visiter l'île , louer une voiture est bien sûr nécessaire.

                                                          Nous recommandons particulièrement cette adresse et encore merci à Cayita et Maxi chez qui nous retournerons sans hésiter!
