Location! Location! Location!: Bay Side is a ground floor apartment with direct access to the beach from the French windows in the lounge/diner. Spectacular views and sunsets can be enjoyed from everywhere you sit in the lounge and the private seafront terrace is perfect for those long lazy summer evenings enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Sit indoors with the French doors open listening to the sound of the waves rolling up the beach and dine looking out to sea from the lovely dining area.
Make no mistake this location is a one-off for a self-catering apartment, and it is actually right on the beach rather than just having a sea view.
The apartment is modern, very bright, spacious and stylish with a tiled floor throughout. It is decorated in a contemporary 'holiday' style with quality furniture, soft furnishings, beds, rugs, curtains and sofas so as to be comfortable but stylish. A modern fireplace in the lounge gives extra warmth in the winter and there is a very efficient gas central heating system for colder months and plenty of hot water for baths and showers.
I also have a two bedroom/two bathroom luxury apartment in Southbourne near Bournemouth. Totally renovated in 2017 it has sea views and a great location for exploring the local area.
