Shared Kitchen Diner, Living, and Sitting Room. With one and a half shared Bathrooms, there's lots of space for everyone! Balcony on the First Floor for great cityscape views across the trees.

On foot, 15 minutes to Clapham Common Underground station or jump on the bus, 2 minutes walk away, for services to both Clapham Common or Brixton for its multi-ethnic street market and thriving cultural center. Taking the Gatwick Express to Victoria? Then this place is perfect for you!

The house has a 24 hour live-in concierge House Manager, providing access, advise, housekeeping and all the help and support you'll need for your stay. First timers to the city will find this a great advantage.

This rental is for a house-share, maximum number of guests are 8 - two in the three double bedded Bedrooms and another two in the Lounge futon.

Why Dustin chose England

This is a special property for us, being the former family home and only our second holiday stay accommodation so is close to our hearts! Many happy years were spent, filled with the fun, energy and laughter of our 4 brothers and sisters, mum, dad and a host of cousins and friends. Being a secure building, we operated a literally open door policy and the same characteristics still exist, with our aunt still living one door away.

What makes this condo unique

Spacious with old style room dimensions that is such a rarity in new buildings. This home is deceptively small from the outside but boasts large airy rooms, with a perpetual breeze flowing through the space, the advantage of being on the 1st Floor! The views across the neighborhood are fantastic and watching the lights of the city come on at the end of the day has always been a joy to watch. Surrounded by trees, and the sound of children playing, Clarence Crescent is an idyll of suburban family life.

  • Fully furnished Bedrooms on the First Floor. All rooms have double beds. Bedroom 1 located at the front, sleep two, with double built-in wardrobes and two bedroom cabinets, views to the front. Bedroom 2 located at the back, views of the Ground Floor gardens, also with built-in double wardrobes and cabinet. Bedroom 3 with single built-in wardrobe and views of the back gardens, this room is cosy and intimate. The Sitting Room, with its aquarium, is a calm and quiet space with a comfortable double futon and can sleep two. This has a partition that can screen it off from the adjacent Living Room to make an occasional night-time sleeping space. The House Manager occupies the second front Bedroom. All rooms are secure with individual keys.

The property was great and Michael was kind and accommodating for sure! Its slightly far away from downtown and quite far from the airport, so if you're coming in after the tubes are closed you'll need to drop a pretty penny to get there.

Other than that it was fantastic!

Wow! Dustin’s team, including Ben and Michael, ensured I was always in contact before, during and after my trip, ensuring I was supported all the way during my short stay. With advice, travel directions, recommended places to eat and visit, this felt very personal and nothing like the cold experience of staying at a hotel. The guys certainly looked after me and the place was even better than the pictures. A chic modern condo walking distance from the vibrant and busy Clapham and Brixton areas. The area itself is quiet and peaceful with a wide choice of local shops, parks and places to just relax and enjoy my experience of London living. Very highly recommended!

Come da descrizione, la casa comprende due stanze in un appartamento condiviso. Il ragazzo che ci vive dentro è molto cordiale e saprà darvi tutte le indicazioni che vi servono, inoltre il sabato notte il quartiere vicino alla stazione di Clapham Common si anima di vita, consigliato!!

As in the description, the house has 2 rooms in a shared loft. The 24 hours live-in boy is really sociable and will give you all the information you need, also, the zone around Clapham Common's station in the Saturday Night becomes full of life, recommended!!

appartement proche du centre grâce au métro à 10 minutes à pied. (très bien situé). Le propriétaire est très convivial et à l'écoute de ses hôtes, il nous a très bien renseigner sur les bus, les stations de métro et les commerces de proximité, dommage qu'il a du partir en urgence on n'a pas eu l'occasion de lui dire merci et au revoir. L'appartement est comme décrit sur l'annonce. Très bon séjour.

casa ben curata, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort

My family and I have been here for one week! Dustin was waiting for us and show us all the house and all its comfort.

we love to stay there especially my five years old daughter!

You have all what you need and have buses near.

It is in a quite zone, second zone. about three kindergarden around there.
