Situated on the 16th floor of a modern tower block, our fully air-conditioned studio apartment boasts views towards the sea & Dubai Marina with its luxury yachts, boats and striking buildings. Guests benefit from access to the building's several pools, Jacuzzi and gym, as well as the friendly concierge, on hand to help with any questions or requirements.
The open-plan apartment (with separate bathroom) comes fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, cooker with halogen hob, microwave, washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. There is also a stylish glass dining table with two stools, large flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker system and DVD player.
With one large bed the apartment is perfect for two people, but can sleep a 3rd person (ideally a child) on the sofa bed. We provide all bed linen, bath and pool towels.
The private balcony is a great spot to sit and soak in the afternoon sun, or watch life go by with a morning coffee / evening drink.
Free Wi-Fi & local calls are included, as is the use of all the great onsite facilities of the complex.
If required, guests have free use of onsite underground parking in a dedicated parking bay.
I've been renting out my holiday home via a couple of other very well known holiday rental websites (and through word of mouth) for over 3 years. During this period I have gained a great base of repeat guests and fantastic 5* reviews.
Guests will have full access to the facilities within the residence including:
- Great (temperature controlled) outdoor pool, separate children's pool, large sun deck and jacuzzi
- Fully equipped gym, plus a sauna & steam room (as if it's not hot enough!)
The apartment building, Bay Central Residence, is situated on the water's edge on the most central plot of Dubai Marina, opposite the Marina Mall and near the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
Dubai Marina is the most popular neighbourhood in Dubai with an endless list of things to do and see. Guests are surrounded by a multitude of luxury hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas and spas. The white-sand of Jumeirah beach is just a 3-minute walk away, where you can swim, sunbathe, or stroll along the exclusive shopping and dining promenade 'The Walk' with its many indoor and outdoor restaurants and designer shops.
A variety of activities and attractions are easily accessible by road (or via the metro) from the apartment, including:
- Palm Jumeirah / Aquaventure - 10 mins
- Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa - 20 mins
- Mall of the Emirates / Ski Dubai - 15 mins
- Burj Al Arab / Wild Wadi water park - 15 mins
- Dubai Creek - 25 mins
- Emirates / Montgomerie Golf Club - 10 mins
- Internet/Media City - 5 mins
- DIFC / Trade & Conventions centre - 20 mins
There is a supermarket at the base of the building called 'Zoom' which is open 24/7. They offer a delivery service to the apartment and also deliver refreshments to the pool area (including Starbucks, hot and cold snacks/drinks, ice cream, custom sandwiches etc). You can call Zoom from pool side and they will deliver direct to your sun lounger :-)
There is a tram stop outside the apartment building and 2 Metro stations within 7 minutes walk, allowing easy access to other sights/locations in Dubai.
Taxis are also easily available and very reasonably priced. If you prefer to travel on water there is also a water bus stop just 2 minutes walk allowing easy access to Dubai Creek.
Guests will be met at time of check-in by a representative from our local property/concierge company, where you will be given an orientation of the building and apartment, before leaving you to enjoy your stay
The property/concierge company will be available 24/7 throughout your stay should the need arise
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
I appreciate that flights arrive and depart Dubai at all times throughout the day and night. Although the standard check-in time is from 1400hrs and check-out is before 1100hrs, if schedules allow and with prior arrangement, check-ins and check-outs can sometimes be completed anytime day or night - Please check before booking, as this can be dependant upon other guests schedules
Our minimum booking period is normally 4 nights, but where we have a smaller number of nights available between bookings we can offer stays of less than 4 nights. Please contact us for more information.
Airport pick up, higher frequency housekeeping, welcome hamper, trip / restaurant bookings & many other services are available at additional cost through my property/concierge company

Wow! We had an amazing stay at Chris place! The apartment is located near everything: the marina, the beach, the metro, restaurants, shops etc. Everything we wished for! Chris has been a wonderful host. He and his team were super helpful and professional! If we are going to Dubai again, we know where we want to stay!
Chris' apartment was great and Chris always answered all our questions quickly ! We enjoyed being 5-minute-walk from the beach, going to the swimming pool of the building, the great local area in the Dubai Marina (New Dubai), the functionality of the flat, the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach ... Everything was perfect, I would highly recommend it to anybody who'd like to go to Dubai.
This is a GREAT place! Everything is perfect about this location: food, public transportation, markets, sight seeing. You name it it's got it. The apartment is beautiful. The concierge are extremely helpful along with Chris' staff. I've stayed in dozens of Airbnb locations and this one is by far the best of the best! Beautiful views of the marina and the sea as well! When I come back I will definitely stay here without a doubt!
The property is just as described on the web site, excellent building, beautiful studio fully equipped, clean, cosy, great service (concierge). Well maintained pool, great views, perfect location for hanging around JBR and Dubai Marina. Easy access to supermarket, Marina promenade (through the building), cafes and restaurants, beach, the Walk...

Our stay at this apartment was great, with stylish interiors and fully equipped from cooking equipment to towels and free Wi-Fi and local phone calls. The views are amazing onto the Marina and towards the sea. The location is very convenient - the tram stop is right outside the buiding, the nearest metro station is just a 5 minute walk. We did all of sightseeing by public transport from Dubai Creek to the Burj Khalifa. There is a local supermarket located on the basement level of the building with free home delivery service. After a day sightseeing, we enjoyed the large pool and hot tub and also drinks and dining on the beach - just a 5 min walk from the apt. I highly recommend this apartment - we have booked to stay again in January 2016.

Our local friendly concierge team will meet you for check-in & check-out at the apartment and will also be on hand to help book trips, airport transfers etc.
In accordance with Dubai Government's Decree No. (17) of 2013, guests staying at hotels & holiday homes will be charged the “Tourism Dirham" fee for each night of occupancy. The Tourism Dirham fee for my apartment, as set by by the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), is AED 10 per night. This fee is to be collected from you at time of check-in, so please ensure you have the appropriate amount of local currency to pay this charge.
To comply with DTCM regulations and building management procedures, a clear copy/scan of each guests passport is required at least 14 days prior to your arrival (or at time of booking if within 14 days of your stay).
To ensure the comfort of all future guests and maintain the apartments current 5* condition, smoking is not permitted inside this property. If you wish to smoke I'd request you restrict this to the balcony only, with the door closed.
