Clean and pleasant studio

  • 4 of 5

Easy access to the beach, unit was clean, quiet, and comfortably furnished. We were lucky to have weather in the 70s because there was no AC, but the window fans did a good job of bringing in the cool night air. We didn't learn that there were extra towels in the dresser until the 5th day, but otherwise our stay was great. The complex is on the bus route, making trips to P-town easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great little place by the beach, near everything, with helpful owner.

  • 4 of 5

We came over from Ireland, taking the ferry from Boston. The owner was very helpful and even arranged to have beach chairs and a cooler for us. This little cottage is well appointed with new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. For wifi access there is pay-as-you go Xfinity internet access. For a couple, it is perfect. The shuttle bus to Provincetown is just outside the door. The beach is down a flight of stairs. A mini-market is 5 minutes on foot up the road. We rented a car from the Airport Enterprise Rent-A-Car (accessible by shuttle bus) for two days but could have gotten away with not having one. Would highly recommend. You can watch the sunset over the bay from the back deck.

Great getaway for 2

  • 5 of 5

When we walked in everything was neat and clean as mentioned. It's small but it's a studio and you should be aware that. It is close to Provincetown but just far enough away from the hustle of town. The bay beach is a short walk with stairs but not far away. We stayed ten days in this studio and loved everything about it. We have stayed in a hotel for the last six years and after staying here we will come back again. The owner is so nice and informative that we stayed in touch with her while we were there by e-mail, and she answerd all our questions swiftly. If this place came on the market we would look into purchasing it. It's not for a family but for two it is all you need in a vacation condo. Thank you Joy for renting to us and we will call next year.

Clean and cozy beachside condo

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful beachside cottage! We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage located in North Truro, Ma. The cottage is in a nice quiet beachside community and is the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all. The cottage is very clean and well maintained and the owner did a great job renovating the space. I was nervous when I read a previous review that stated that the bed was uncomfortable however we found the bed to be very comfortable so that shouldn't be a concern. The cottage is located on a property with a private beach which was very convenient and the views were lovely. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every morning and sipped our coffee while we watched the abundant wildlife below. In the evenings we watched the sunset down on the private beach. The local bus picked us up right in front of the community and brought us into Provincetown which means we didn't have to worry about driving or parking at all during our stay. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful view and sunsets!

  • 4 of 5

The one and only complaint I have is the bed. It was very, very uncomfortable. With a new bed, I would definately recommend this unit to others. It is close to the water, private even though part of a complex. The balcony was wonderful and we saw two beautiful sunsets. Had it not been cloudy we would have had morel. The view is wonderful. You can see the Pilgrim tower in Provincetown, even though it is several miles away. It also has the shuttle available right out the door to take to town if you don't want to park and pay. If we book this again, we will take a blow up mattress until a new bed is purchased. The owners are very nice, and rented to us on a very short notice, which we appreciated. The complex was quiet and relaxing. As we have been to Provincetown many times,we love Restuarants Ciro and Sals, and the Lobster Pot. Also this trip I went to a spa and had a wonderful body wrap well worth the money. My hubby and I are busy at home, so to get away like we did was wonderful for us.
