The side yard can accommodate 5 full size RVs with hook ups (for one). vaulted ceilings, pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor pool table compliment the overall coziness as you walk out the back door.

Decorations and furnishings are stylish and comfortable. This house has everything you need: New comfort bedding, linens and bedspreads for the following: one king bed, one queen bed, 3 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

Very open and large master BR and large master bath with tub and separate shower. This home is complete with: washer and dryer, water softener, air conditioning and swamp cooler, new barbecue with plenty of patio furniture, boat deep garage and long flat driveway for boat,RV or parking of any kind.

Come play and then relax by the pool/Jacuzzi and enjoy the in-pool bar with an Umbrella, outdoor shower and outdoor stereo system. Play a game of billiards on the tournament size table etc...The list goes on and on.

We are a husband and wife (with 3 kids) who enjoy sharing our second home to other families who enjoy higher end features of a vacation home at a reasonable price. We are working professionals.

The Owner purchased this house in 2005

Why The Owner chose Arizona

We selected this property to share with our immediate an extended family to enjoy boating and outdoors in Lake Havasu. We planned to going with a vacation rental as a side business and targeted a higher level of home to attract more affluent clients so we would not have difficulties in the quality of clients and protect our home's condition. This has worked very well as a strategy for us and our home has made all of our customer very happy.

What makes this house unique

You will love the private back yard/pool , it has privacy wall all around and distinctive touches that feel like a resort. The rear wall is adjacent to a church lot which is far away and the neighbor on one side has an underground home. Very private! You will enjoy your time here as much as the time spent on the lake. It is close to everything and has super ample parking for all your guest and toys. Nice open and bright home layout with the perfect amount of space for 6 people, but even 9 people can enjoy.
