After vacationing all over Hilton Head Island over the years, we always enjoyed the Folly Field area the best. It is close to everything, on the island and off; and the beach is rather quiet. We found this condo, open and renovated it to the level we enjoy when vacationing; and have never looked back. You can not match the benefits of this condo and the Island Club development. Over 25 acres of green space, ponds, sea, and fun.
The development is unique. Is was developed when there was a lot of land so you may enjoy a lot of green space, tennis, pools, tot lots, ponds, the beach, and more. The gated development, coupled with a unit that is totally renovated, one has the best of both worlds. One does not feel crowded here.
We have stayed in many of the area condos over the years. Your condo is the best. Beautiful inside and out. Close to the ocean and very clean. I love the granite counters and how well the kitchen is set up. We will call again to stay next year. thank you
We stayed at this unit, for Spring Break of 2015. I've stayed at Island club many times (10+). This unit is very well maintained and updated. They have thought of everything. The "extras" that were stocked in the unit, from the well appointed Kitchen, to beach chairs, etc, means that these owners have gone to great detail, to ensure a good experience. And it was! I will seek out this unit, for future trips to Island Club. This is a great unit at Island Club, and I have stayed at enough units to know the difference. Owners were very easy to work with, also.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Club condo. We highly recommend it because it has been recently upgraded and has very nice decoration. Kitchen is well laid out and easy to work in while dining and living rooms make it pleasant to entertain guests. Owner was very attentive to details and to our requests. Good value for your vacation dollar!
We stayed here last year and this was a repeat visit. We love being so close to the beach and the pool at Island Club is awesome! The location is convenient to everything on the island. We love Hilton Head and always eat at our fave locations, One Hot Mama's, Roast Fish and Cornbread, and of course Robert Irvine's Eat and Nosh!!

My family has been looking for our annual vacation destination and we have found it at Hilton Head! The condo was just as advertised. Great location, great value for the price. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and also the pool. We explored the area restaurants and ice cream shops, my waistline can vouch!! Great place for a family vacation and we will return.

Location was super, a short stroll to the beach and located close to other area attractions. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and spacious enough for the six of us. All the supplies needed for the beach, from boogie boards to beach chairs, were supplied. The pool at the resort is very nice. We plan on staying in this unit again.
