Unicorn is very beautiful with a unique style that is both welcoming and relaxing. The state of the art open-air kitchen will impress you and the air-conditioning everywhere else may not be needed, but will please the most finicky visitor. This spacious villa has two well-appointed and spacious bedrooms in the lower level of the main house. And, on the other side of the pool and grilling deck, a guest cottage houses the third bedroom and even has its own kitchenette and sitting area. It's perfect for those who want just a little extra privacy.

This hillside villa has a kitchen and living area upstairs with a long deck facing the ocean on the upper level. The two well-appointed and spacious bedrooms in the lower level of the main house are warm and inviting. And, on the other side of the pool and grilling deck, a third bedroom guest cottage has its own kitchenette and sitting area. It's perfect for those who want just a little extra privacy with a view.

About VIVA! VI Vacations & Villas

Angie Smith, moved to St. John from Tampa Florida over 20 years ago and has made a home on the island. She studied hospitality at both Georgia State University and The University of the Virgin Islands where she went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, concentrating in marketing and advertising, graduating with honors. She brings the knowledge of accounting, marketing, advertising and business skills to the company. Angie loves to travel and learn about new cultures and meet new people. She likes to cook dishes from different countries such as Trinidad, India and Italy. She enjoys trying new dishes from all over the world. She is known as ‘the purple lady’ since she is in love with purple-whether it’s her purse or a room in her house, you will always see purple. Now as mother of five (!), Angie is one busy lady. She loves the beaches, the mountains and the year round summer on St. John and is proud of the consistent high level of quality and services her VIVA team provides our island visitors every day.

Unicorn is a beautiful villa. We loved the open air kitchen and the balcony view is spectacular over Fish Bay. Unicorn has such a tropical feel from the layout to the decor. My husband and I loved our stay!

Blessed with an eternal summer, (daily average of 83 degrees) guests can enjoy the island and its enchanting shores year round! St. John is surrounded with white sandy beaches, especially within the Virgin Islands National Park boundaries on the north shore. Our small island is only 9 miles by 4 miles and has fewer than 5,000 residents, yet is rugged and diverse. St. John is located conveniently just 3 miles away from St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and the same distance from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
