The kitchen is fully equipped to make good food and everything needed for breakfast (toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, juicer). The cozy room, very quiet, overlooking a private garden, with a large comfortable bed of 160x200, and finally it is equipped with a bathroom with shower. Carefully decorated, blending the old with the contemporary, period parquet, marble fireplaces and ceiling height of 4 meters moldings gives a lot of character to this bright apartment located in a strategic location in Brussels.
Conveniently located near common transport (tram, metro, bicycle station) 10 minutes from Place du Chatelain, 10 minutes from the Sablon antique district and 20 minutes walk from the famous Grand Place in Brussels and also very close by metro from the European institutions. If you like forest walks the Bois de la Cambre is 10 minutes by tram.

A small but well proportioned apartment in the heart of stylish Ixelles; minutes walk from a plethora of designer boutiques and small fashionable restaurants. The apartment has a full size well equipped kitchen accompanied by large dining table for entertaining friends during your stay. A few minutes walk to a good range of food stores, delicatessen and bakeries.
For those looking for history and design then Sablon and it's trendy restaurants only 10 mins by foot so you can indulge in fine wine and food without worrying about cars or taxis.
Overall a great little apartment and Maxime the owner is always on hand to answer questions and ensure your stay is perfect. We loved the 2xweeks we spent over Christmas there. Ian and Victoria.
C'est un quartier très tranquille et les commodités ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pieds.
Aussi nous étions à environ 25 minutes de marche de La Grande Place.
C'est un appartement que je recommande; aussi M. Maxime Decamp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des commodités de l'appartement.
Appartement idéalement placé , très agréable et très calme. Tout confort. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous ne manquerons pas à le réserver à nouveau lors de notre prochain passage.
