Fantastic retreat away
It was perfect after being let down, the owners David and Helen where fantastic in getting us in,the place was fantastically set in st ives and we will be back
Great location and lovely hosts
The hosts know exactly how to look after their guests which our first day sums up perfectly. We arrived a day early due to an error on our part but this didn’t phase David and Helen who luckily could accommodate us and did so with no fuss at all. Thee were welcoming gifts as we walked in and a minor air lock problem with the hot water was fixed by Christine the housekeeper and her fantastic husband within the hour (and all on a Bank Holiday!)
The house is in a great central location, just a few minutes walk from the lovely harbour beach, museums, cafes and shops. The long stay car park is good value at £50 for the whole week and very near although the steps keep you fit!
The house is clean, warm and well equipped and a nice space to hang out if you just want to chill for a bit.
Try crabbing on the harbour, a walk around the Tate and finish with dinner at the Captains Table at the Sloop Inn for the perfect day.
In short, if you’re looking for a home from home in a great location with lovely hosts, this is the one for you.
Many thanks for your lovely review and glad you had a great week Will pass on your kind words to Christine and Carl as they are stars in a crisis!

Home was clean, warm and beatiful
We had a great time in this lovely home.
Many thanks for your kind comments and glad you enjoyed your stay
A wonderful place to stay
Cornish Pearl is a warm, comfortable and clean home from home. The house is beautifully decorated with stunning views of St Ives especially from the top floor. The town and all the beaches are just a short stroll away. We chose to eat out during our stay but the kitchen appears well equipped for those wishing to cook meals. The owners David and Helen were very easy to communicate with especially as we were arriving in the aftermath of 'The Beast from the East". They made sure we arrived safe and sound in the snow. I highly recommend Cornish Pearl as the perfect home to stay in and explore West Cornwall.
Many thanks for your lovely comments and glad you had a great time in St Ives Please feel free to contact us again as we would be delighted to welcome you back to the Cornish Pearl

We have recently stayed at this very clean, well appointed property, we found it in a very convenient location, 2-3mins walk from the town centre, the owner left very clear instructions relating to your stay.
Parking please take the advice from the owner – use the one up the hill – I used Parking Mobile App. So you can select how long and how much you want to pay for without looking for change….
I would stay here again.
Many thanks for your review Neil and so glad that you enjoyed your stay.. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any future stays in St Ives
