2 double bedroom lower ground apartment just minutes from the centre of town and train station
Part of a Victorian property the apartment is entered down 6 wide flagged steps to the front door. This opens into the lifestyle room with lounge and kitchen. Sofa, coffee table, rug, TV with DVD player.
Kitchen is well equipped with all you could need for self catering. Large fridge freezer, electric fan oven, electric induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, utensils and cutlery provided.
Lounge door leads to inner hall way dining table and 4 chairs, 2 double bedrooms down a short corridor. Both bedrooms have superking beds which can both be split to twins by request. £10 extra Per twin room request
House shower room with walk in shower, basin and toilet, underfloor heating and heated towel rail

The apartment was everything we needed and exactly what was expected. The good points are: the great location; very comfortable beds; the whole apartment was very clean; the bathroom is very modern with good water pressure in the shower (I was a little apprehensive because of the Saniflo toilet, but it was fine); kitchen is very well-equipped with large fridge-freezer and full set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, and also plenty of tea and coffee; I didn't meet Linda in person, but she welcomed our dog and responded to any problems very quickly and fairly.”
Nice Apartment, very comfortable beds, and so convenient for shops and
in our case for Church and Hotel for Wedding, all just a few minutes away.
Really enjoyed our bank holiday break. Location was great to get to the centre of Harrogate. Would definitely stay again!
Flash floods caused damp issues 3 days before we arrived, however Linda Did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable and kept in touch throughout our stay .

Fully recommend it and would gladly return.
Generally a nice property to stop at with location being a big bonus. The steps down were a little tricky with a pushchair and we couldn't figure out how to use the heating without extremes. It was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and extras such as dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc so no need to take your own. Milk in the fridge was an unexpected nice touch. We would stop there again.
