'Casa Bella' welcomes you by truly living up to its name. This beautiful, bayfront home in Key Largo will captivate all of your senses with its open water views, lush landscaping, beautiful sunsets, peacefulness, and ever-present marine life.
Watch the dolphins swim, swim with manatees by the dock, fish off the pier, enjoy water sports in the bay... The deep-water dockage (15 feet) gives you quick access to deep blue-water fishing or to the flats in the backcountry. The home has a concrete ramp which allows you to launch your boat or watercraft. There is also a shallow beach/swim area and a 47-foot-long wood pier that projects into the bay. Walk or ride your bike to John Pennekamp State Park where you can enjoy the beach or any of the many activities offered.
However if relaxing is what you want, just absorb the ambiance while sipping your favorite drink at the tiki hut. If you want to relax inside, every room has a view to the bay.
Such a peaceful place.
The owners were great to work with, and did their best to accommodate us.
Paradise, that's for sure.
We had two families with kids share the home. The home served us well. The main living area was large enough for us all to gather for an evening movie. The kids bedrooms also served well as retreats for their games.
We felt like we had a lake house with access to the ocean. We could sit in the living area or on the balcony and watch the teens boating out in the sound, and access to the reefs was easy.
This is definitely our preferred stay for Key Largo.
My husband and I were celebrating our 8 year anniversary and we decided to have a getaway to Key Largo. The pictures listed for this property caught our attention as well as the reviews. It is just like the pictures, a picture of beauty. The view of the bay can be seen from every room in the house. We spent every morning watching the sunrise while having breakfast on the balcony and watch the coral fish swimming under the boat dock. My favorite part was the Green light in the water would light up just before dark attracting all kinds of aquatic life. It was so fascinating to see, especially seeing the colorful parrot fish. You will certainly spend hours on this balcony. It is the definition of relaxation. The house is very clean and sits in a quiet neighborhood. You are convenient to restaurants, parks and walking distance to the grocery store.. We cannot wait to go back!
We, and another family of four, rented the house from Armando & his family for the spring break in early April. It was probably one of the best vacations we had as a family! The house was very clean, ideally located in the upper keys, and the view was spectacular. Wake boarding, jet skiing, and the sunset cruises will be cherished for a long time. There are many places to eat around, and several activities to do with the family even for someone without a boat or jet ski. The house is highly recommended, and Armando and his family were a pleasure to work with!
My family stayed at Casa Bella for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The water was beautiful and calm...the dock is perfect for drinking coffee in the morning...it was so relaxing! We made dinner each night at the house and enjoyed drinks on the porch in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and in a very convenient location. The grocery store is less than a mile away. Armando was very pleasant to work with too! Overall, we had a great vacation and hope to return again!
Casa Bella is true to her name…just beautiful! We were two families, with five teenagers-boy and girls- between the ages of 13 and 19. The accommodations were plenty for everybody to be comfortable and happy. The boys (young and old) had a blast fishing from the dock, day and night, thanks to the light placed underwater that switches on at dusk, which turned the water into an aquarium! There were several lounge chairs for the girls to sunbath. Also, two friendly manatees came to greet us the first day, and came back daily much to our surprise and delight. The kitchen is well equipped if you feel like cooking and sharing big family diners, like we did. The view from the house is awesome, and the balcony has a lazy swing chair that invites you to read, relax, and nap. We rented kayaks and canoes that were delivered to the house, so we could paddle around for fun and exercise. The location is very convenient, at walking distance from a Winn Dixie, five minutes from John Pennenkamp Coral Reef State Park, plenty of restaurants nearby (we loved the Mexican place right across the avenue.) The cherry at the top was a fishing trip that the guys chartered from a friend of Armando’s son: Christian. It was amazing! They came back with plenty of fish, lobster and stories to last all year long…until next time!
