Spend a stay by the sea in NICE. The apartment is ultra-central, located in a stately building. The 180 ° view is clear and impregnable on the Bay of Angels. The sea is at the foot of the building restaurants and shops in 2 steps.

No car needed to get around as everything is within very close proximity. A shuttle takes you from Nice airport which stops in front of the apartment on the promenade.

The 4-room apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, has been renovated with 1 bathroom and 1 shower SD., 2 WC, 3 beds + 1 sofa. Towels and bed linen are provided. TV, broadband internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

As my guests, I expect you to take care of the apartment as You Would of your own site. I want you to-have a pleasant time and will be happy to help you with advice if it is your first trip to Nice.

Please do not smoke in the apartment, you can smoke on the terrace though, using an ashtray. And to respect the quiet of the building.

Check-in / Check-out: The apartment is available 4:00 p.m. and 18:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated in a tidy and hygienic conditions by 10:00 am on the day of departure. This is for time to prepare the property for the next visitors.

I can be flexible with check in / check out When the place is not rented before or after-your stay.

The guests are responsible and linkable for all damage or breakages During Their stay no matter how minor, whether accidental or negligent and, are required to replace or pay for all damage / breakages.

Rules:

The entry into the premises is between 15:00 and 18:00 and the output is done before 10 am.

Stunning Views!

My family and I went to Nice for the very first time and had no idea what to expect. This apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It is only about 1.5 miles from Old Town and has easy access to everything along the Promenade. The apartment is a good size and has stunning views. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Other reviews mentioned the noise...There was street/traffic noise (to be expected) but no construction noise and there was no construction going on during our visit that blocked our view of the water. This apartment was the perfect fit for our trip.

Beautiful apartment with excellent views of the Mediterranean. Well represented in the listing.

This apartment is located at the west end of Promenade des Anglais and was across the street from the beach with a beach club right there. The apartment listing is well represented for what we found in person.The views were gorgeous and panoramic from the front of the apartment. The biggest negative experience is that the promenade des Anglais is undergoing construction and there was CONSTANT noise outside the apartment at all hours of the day and night. Between the noise and the smell of asphalt being laid we would not be able to sit on the balcony and would have to close the doors and windows. For that reason, we spent a lot of the time out of the apartment visiting other towns along the Mediterranean. The apartment was conveniently close to the airport and public transportation. I would recommend staying at the opposite end of Promenade des Anglais until the construction is complete. We were told by local people that it would not be complete for another 3 or 4 years! This took a lot away from the experience of staying at this beautiful apartment.

Awesome views and convenient bus location!

This place was perfect for our family of five. The views of the ocean, beach and promenade were gorgeous. The kids were happy to sign in to our Netflix account so we could watch movies at night. Kitchen was helpful for home cooked meals. The windows all around and the mirrors inside made it look and feel so spacious. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The beach is just outside as well as a bus stop to get you into town. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room to find our own space if needed. The apartment had everything we needed.

The only downside was that there was construction along the promenade which went on all day and night (apparently they are behind schedule so have a night shift that works from 10pm to 4.30am. And then the day crew start at 7.30am). The windows are not very sound proof so even the traffic from the busy road can be heard.

Owner's Response: Dear Angela, Thank you for your comment on the apartment and its with beautiful views Concerning the construction on the "Promenade des Angalis", it was a project of the French government, because it was necessary to secure quickly the promenade ! And before the ceremony of 14 July (2017). Mesmerizing

We rented this apartment for 24 days. My rating of 4 stars should really be a 4.5. The apartment was clean upon arrival and ready for our use. The windows and balcony provided a gorgeous view of the sea. If you opt to register for use of Auto-Bleue (electric car rentals on demand or with reservations), the apartment is close to 2 Auto-Bleue locations. The bus stop across the street to go toward city center is extremely convenient. Also, the apartment is a short walk to a nearby grocery store and bakery. As for restaurants, there are not many immediately nearby, but more plentiful as you head toward old town/city center. Still, this apartment is well-situated and makes getting around easy as many bus routes stop across the street to leave and stop by the hospital bringing one back. We also used Uber on a number of occasions with no problems. From a transportation perspective, the apartment is ideally located. It is only minutes from the airport and the airport is within easy sight from the balcony.

The only comments that detract from the 5-star is to recommend smoothing out a couple of things. Upon arriving, we had our French-speaking taxi driver try and reach the people who had the keys to the apartment so that we could contact them. Although we were given two numbers, our taxi driver was unable to reach them, which resulted in our waiting for a while before we finally connected. I would recommend that Kevin provide all with the address where the people with the keys are located as it is only a few minutes walk to that office. Also, for those whose French may not be very fluent, the English instructions for garbage collection is a bit confusing as we wanted to ensure that for such a prolonged stay, we took trash out. NOTE: to take out the trash-(1) go to the ground floor (2) the door under the stairway (opposite the elevator door) is the initial door to take out the trash and will require use of the same key that provides access to the building (3) after unlocking and opening the door under the stairway, the door directly in your line of sight will take you outside to the trash bins. Here again, a bit of clarification about separating the various recycling items would be helpful for those not familiar with France's recycling policies.

Hopefully, the water drip in the main bathroom that we brought to the attention of Kevin's management folks has been addressed. This developed during the last few days of our stay. GREAT STAY

One of the best apartments ever!

This apartment surpassed our expectations! The views from the living room and 2 bedrooms were so incredible. Waking up every morning to the incredible sunrises were my favorite part of staying at this grand and lovely apartment. Even though it was a bit of a walk to go to cafes and the center of Nice, it was so worth it walking down the Promenade every morning to watch the sights and sounds of Nice. This apartment surpassed our expectations and was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The views were from the bay windows and balcony were our favorite part. We were greeted warmly and our needs were met all along the way. What a perfect vacation! We are staying here every time we come to Nice. Thank you so much for everything.
