69" TV + 3 more. The Luv Shack at The Cottages of Pirates Bay is a 1232 sf pool front townhome with 3 parking spots including one with boat/RV hookups. Two equal-sized king bedrooms (one up/one down), two equal sized bathrooms. There are zero steps from the parking lot to the home entrance. If your group has a person with mobility issues, they can use the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Note: the downstairs bathroom has a tub. High chair & pack 'n play onsite. 500 mbps wifi and Spectrum Select cable, 69" TV, all sleeping rooms have wall-hung TVs with Roku.
This home is especially well-decorated and has inviting, comfortable furniture. The living area has a plush, down-filled sofa and two leather recliners (we have waterproof covers on them in the high season.) The dining table folds down but expands to seat 4, there are also 4 counter height stools.
The king mattress downstairs is a pillow top, the mattress upstairs is a plush memory foam. Both of these bedrooms have blackout shades behind the shutters.
Guests love the pool front location. Pirates Bay is Port Aransas's original Key West-style community featuring colorful cottages with landscaped walkways between them. There are two lagoon-entry pools with palapas tables for shade, each pool has a restroom. There is also a playground.
Propane grill at one pool and a BBQ pit at the other.
Located 5 blocks from the beach. Please note: most of the pool photos shown were taken in 2020 before the community purchased new pool furniture, there are now plentiful chaise lounges, colorful adirondack chairs, as well as regular chairs.
