Wonderful hosts, wonderful house

Conrad and his team could not have been more accommodating, and the communication was crystal clear throughout our experience. The proximity to the Twin Cities was particularly convenient for us! We felt fortunate to find such a wonderful up-north feel and still be so close to home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice lake property home

The house was very nice, only 2 of the 5 guys ended up going so we had plenty of room but if the whole group would of went the house would have been perfect!!

Starting from humble beginnings, these two risk takers always find something creative to do in the real estate industry. And hosting guests in their beautiful home is an added bonus. They enjoy all things nature, hiking, and traveling!

The living is easy in this impressive, generously proportioned lake front residence with lake and woods views, located just 40 minutes west of the twin cities.

The floor plan encompasses three spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Three bathrooms, and a open kitchen that flows through to the dining room. The master bedroom, complete with walk-in closet and bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower stall, ensures parents have a private space where they can enjoy the view.

Perfect for a family or as a holiday retreat, this home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to beaches, cafes and restaurants, and parks.
