Rustic Luxury Cabin w/Hot Tub, Fishing, Hiking and Something For Everyone!
About Lisa Stahl
Our goal is to have a beautiful and serene place for people to go to where they can leave all the stresses of daily life behind them, and enjoy the simpler life in the country. Frank and Lisa operate a working farm within a mile and a half of the cabin.
Lisa Stahl purchased this Cabin in 2005
Why Lisa Stahl chose Frazeysburg
We fell in love with the history of the original cabin that was built in 1833. We also love the kitchen in the new addition!! When we saw it come up for sale we knew we wanted it. It was always our dream to have a log home as a vacation rental. We wanted to provide a beautiful and relaxing property for people to unplug from their busy lives.
What makes this Cabin unique
The historic cabin sits on 55 acres of farm and pasture ground, which is ideal for nature walks and watching livestock and wildlife. The old cabin of the property adds charm and history to the new, elegant log home. It's a great get away for groups of people who may be family or just friends. Built as a family home, it is a wonderful place to spend a holiday, or even a short weekend and just relax in the simpler way of country living.

This place is amazing. Clean with a ton of character. We will be coming back next year and can't wait.
Steve, it was a true honor to meet you and host your guys getaway this weekend. You are a great guest, you all left the cabin nice and clean. You are very respectful of other people's homes and any host would be lucky to have you stay in their place. I appreciate your kind comments and feedback, it helps me to be a better hostess. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you, from the booking to checkout was smooth and easy. I look forward to having you all back next year. My door is always open to you!
We had a wonderful time!
The cabin was everything we imagined. Lisa’s attention to detail was Amazing! We had everything we needed and more.
We recently stayed at Frazeysburg vacation home. We loved the quiet country setting. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the Items necessary to make large family meals to remember. Our family enjoyed the hot tub as well as a nice bonfire at night and some yard games and hiking by day. The thoughtfulness of the owner and staff added simplicity to our adventure because everything we had worried we forgot was already there. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed our stay very much, loved all of the amenities. Cabin was very well stocked for all of our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the rock painting and crafts from the master closet. Scenery was relaxing and very enjoyable. Overall our family had a lot of fun and we really enjoyed our long weekend.
We rented the property to bring a group of friends together for a long weekend and we had an amazing time! The house itself was gorgeous and had so much character. It was immaculately clean and stocked with everything you could want! Lisa did not spare on any details - from the fully stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds and furniture, the hot tub, supplies for activities and more! We never left the house from the time we checked in because there was so much to do and see on the property and we just wanted to enjoy the house! We have already been talking about making a trip back in the future!
4 generation vacation
The cabin was beautiful and spacious enough for our group of 11. We enjoyed using the fire pit for smores and the backyard was enormous and our grandchildren enjoyed crafts, bubble wands and water fun. The games at the cabin were a great distraction when it rained. Lisa was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. She even had a list of ideas for other adventures. We enjoyed the cabin so much, we opted to stay there for most of our trip!
