Great location, great flat

I did love this flat so much. While I gave it a 5, a 4.5 is more accurate because the internet, which also provided television, was spotty and sometimes would shut down. Also, as a helpful hint, while it does have a washer/dryer (all in one unit), it washes fine but the dryer doesn't really do the job (user error? maybe, but the clothes were still pretty damp. We just hung them up and in all fairness, Monika did say that it didn't completely dry items). The place was very clean with a full kitchen. We used instant coffee for the electric kettle since I wasn't sure where to get the little tiny coffee pods nor did the unit seem to work for me (again, probably user error). Mom "requires" coffee before we are actually up and moving down the street for coffee. They did provide towels, soap, hair dryer and toilet paper. The private garden for the homes there was absolutely lovely. Rent this flat, I don't think you will be disappointed. The local restaurants within walking distance are very good so after a day of sightseeing with EVERYONE else, this is a lovely area to come back to in the evening where it is quiet and a lot less people on the sidewalks. Monika was very attentive and answered all of our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood and quiet street. Though it is a basement flat, there is plenty of light streaming through the back windows and a lovely private garden. Flat was very well equipped, clean and stylish. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable in a Great Location

This apartment is nice value for money! The large windows onto the patio let in lots of light, the living room seating was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed linen and towels were good quality as well. Monica, who greeted us, explained everything in detail and was very helpful. Our security deposit was returned about 7 days after our departure. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We would happily recommend this apartment.

Perfect location for a London trip with kids

It was our second time we came here - we love the central location, the proximity to museums, shops and restaurants. Access to the communal garden was again a big plus! We traveled as a family of four and found everything we needed for our convenience.
