Pond Cottage at Tregaminion near Porthallow is a compact, light and airy modern barn conversion with beautiful sea views across the extensive gardens and wooded valley. It is situated within a courtyard surrounded by extensive gardens and open countryside. Adjacent dedicated parking area.
The level access front door leads into an open-plan, high ceiling, living/dining/kitchen area that is floor-tiled throughout.
The kitchen area is well equipped with quality ceramic sink, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric fan oven/grill with 4-ring hob and extractor. There is a lowered breakfast bar with 2 dining chairs.
The living area also gives access to the brand new sunroom and patio with uninterrupted sea views down the valley and out across the bay. Two of these properties are also available as holiday cottages (Stable Cottage property no. 1841315, and Nanteague property no. 1835058, both for couples only). The owners live in the other barn so are available to give advice and help at most times (including ferrying guests to the start of a one-way walk).
