We have open spacious living areas, gourmet kitchens with designer cabinets, granite countertops throughout, and stainless steel appliances. On the lanai there is a built-in, top of the line, outdoor double wide gas grill, hood with fan and lights and a bar sink. All of this speaks of the comfort, pleasure and rest you will have in these units. You will walk in the door and say WOW, with a smile on your face, knowing the next several days will be spent there.

3RD QUESTION. Why should we stay in this particular unit in Building H at the Palm Villas vs. other Palm Villa units? What is unique about it?

FIRST- This ground floor home is very spacious for four adults to do a stay of any length. Each bedroom has its own bath and the master bath is spacious.

SECOND- As the owner, I am biased, but we specifically chose this location because we believe the H building location is the BEST in the complex. Here is why. It is in the very rear of the complex, away from any possible pool noise, and nestled against the Golf course. And since it is at the very end of the driveway, it gets no road noise. It is secluded, very safe and very quiet.

THIRD- After it was finished, we went way beyond the ordinary to have this place professionally decorated and custom painted with the highest quality furniture, furnishings and art from Tommy Bahamas and others so that you will feel pampered and know that you are not in “just a rental”. You will experience the difference from the moment you walk through the door to when you slip in the amazingly comfortable beds at night. You see, this is where we vacation, and that is how we want to feel when we are in Hawaii.

FOURTH- This is a downstairs unit that faces the historic preservation area, the royal fish ponds and the ocean. Therefore at night, the cool breeze comes through open screen doors and windows of the master suite and living room, and you can hear the soft crash of the waves on the beach.

You can eat dinner outside at night on the lanai and face amazing sunsets or watch seasonal fireworks from both resort hotels over the ocean. Or just sit in the comfortable chairs on the lanai with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine looking over the incredible view. It is Hawaii … and you are on vacation. It does not get any better than this.

FINALLY- From the early construction days to even now weekly, we have prayed and asked our Heavenly Father to place blessings of peace and rest on all the people, of all kinds and nations who rest in this house. Many have remarked on how they experienced the peace of this house.

We found the unit to be in a great location, due to the Beach Club Beach access. The unit itself was very clean and nicely furnished. The ammenties included were greatly appreciated. ( beach towels, chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear) A lot of units we have stayed in do no include chairs and towels, which really come in handy. I would say the only thing that we could have used were left over condiments. ( mustard, ketchup, mayo, olive oil) Maybe when cleaning out the fridge leave these items for the next guest. We would definately stay here again and recommend the unit to friends. Mahalo!

Very nice condo with an amazing beach!

The best feature of this condo is the amazing beach. We enjoyed the walk through the fish ponds and lava fields to get there. The breeze was perfect and there was shade and sun. Our 7 month old loved swimming in the ocean and it felt very safe to bring him in the water here. We also took a walk along the coast from the beach and there are some spectacular views! Glad we did that...and saw the black sand beach.

The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have ceiling fans in all the rooms.

We enjoyed grilling out and cooking in the kitchen for dinners while the baby went to bed. And it was very helpful having the high chair and pack'n'play available.

The pool was also very nice and I especially enjoyed that it wasn't heavily chlorinated. The landscaping on the property is beautiful!

The only downside was that the garage was not attached and since we had a stroller for our baby that was slightly inconvenient. Everything else was very nice.

Absolutely Perfect

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was! It has everything you could ever want, fully equipped kitchen (we love when there are spices, olive oil etc to start off), not to mention all the beach toys that were available to use. This unit is beautifully furnished and soooo clean! My husband and I so enjoyed walking on the trail to the Orchid & back. Working out at the Mauni Lani rec center right across the street. Our favorite place to watch the sunset was right down the street at the Mauni Lani hotel at the beach bar....just beautiful. Thank you for providing so much information on places to go and see. We will definitely be back again

Palm Villas H-3 Unit

The condo was great place to stay for the last leg of our trip. It was clean and well furnished with plenty of room for our family of four. The condo and complex was very peaceful and made for a relaxing visit. The pool in the complex was nice, and at most times we had the pool to ourselves. One of our favorite activities was driving (~ 5 minutes) to the Mauna Lani Beach Club for a day of snorkeling. You can actually walk to the Beach Club through Kalahuipua'a Historical Park and Trails, which is about a 15 minute walk to the Beach Club and brings you by historic fish ponds. Located in the garage of the condo unit were multiple boogie boards, snorkel equipment and other beach gear. Also recommend a round of golf at the either the Francis H. I'i Brown North or South Course. An interesting course if you’ve never played with lava rock hazards. I got to play the south course and the views from the 15th hole are post card material. Our last night included dinner at Napua, which is also located at the Beach Club and was one of my better meals (Try the Seared Ahi if available) on the big Island. We would definitely recommend staying here. A nice way to end our first trip to the islands.

Beach Condo

The condo was the perfect amount of space. It was well equipped with beach gear and a washer/ dryer which made packing easier. The only thing we had issues with was the air conditioner the lowest it would allow you to set it was 72 and it would reset to 85 any time you opened a door and would reset at 9 pm and 6 am so we had to set varies alarms to wake up and turn the air down. There were also 4 children staying in the condo above us which made things very noisy. Besides that we had an enjoyable time. Also there are no drapes so be prepared for early mornings.

Owner's Response: Occasionally I respond to reviews to provide additional information. I am sad that our guest did not contact our local manager who could have assisted them to adjust our AC. The AC is set for time periods and will default back to 85 if the guests are not present to turn the system back on. And all rooms have ceiling fans. The AC system is not affected at all by the opening or closing of the doors. Although there are no cloth drapes in the windows, all windows have the normal full mini blinds for privacy and sunlight reduction.
