This is a delightful and luxurious residence when visiting London. Just a short walk to The Houses of Parliament & Pimlico Underground. The flat extends to 100 square meters and sleeps 10 guests. Parking, Sauna, Gym, Nespresso Coffee Maker, Balcony
This is a large, modern and luxurious 1st floor, 3 double bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms located in a gated development. The flat can sleep up to 10 guests with 2 in each bed (6), another 2 in the sofa bed (8) and another person on a smaller sofa bed (9) and a single mattress for a further person (10). The property has a nice and modern open plan kitchen which includes a new Nespresso coffee maker with coffee capsules included. There is also a spacious lounge, 40' flat screen TV and dining table, leading on to a balcony overlooking the private gardens. There is secure underground parking and the development has a state of the art gymnasium, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi downstairs in the Spa.
There is also fast dedicated WIFI in the apartment.
Off site luggage storage available at extra cost for early arrivals or late departures. Ask for details.
Guests have full private access to the whole apartment. We are on hand to tend to your needs if and when required.
Interaction with Guests:
We are nearby if required but try to leave you in private as much as possible.
Pimlico has, over the last century or so, become one of London’s most coveted luxury-property areas and sports some beautiful architecture, huge townhouses and posh brasseries by the bucket load. If you’re a fan of extremely expensive and bespoke furniture, then Pimlico will be a haven to you. Not only that but you are staying in an area where you can walk to major tourist attractions such as Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Cathedral, The Tate Gallery and St Barnabas Church.
Alternative Things To Do in Pimlico
If you’ve got a bit of cash to flash and want to make an impression, we’d recommend going to Boisdale of Belgravia, which is a Scottish restaurant that does a gourmet Scottish menu at typical prices, perhaps even cheap considering the prestige of the venue. A mini-plate of haggis, neeps and tatties (turnips and potatoes to you and me) will set you back £6.00 while a main course is around the £16.00 mark. The venue also offers whisky, champagne and cigar tastings as well as some of the best Britain has to offer by way of live jazz.
There’s also the Pimlico Farmers Market, specialising in fresh fish and oysters, in a place called Orange Square or Mozart Square; that is, the address doesn’t actually exist, instead you must ask a local where to find it and they’ll set you right.
As Pimlico is relatively small, you’ll always find yourself within walking distance of Pimlico Tube Station. The Victoria Line serves this station, and you’ll be able to use this route to get to Oxford Circus Tube Station and the fantastic shopping on Oxford Street in around 6 minutes, or carry on to Kings Cross (10 minutes), and then walk to the British Museum and British Library. You could also use nearby Victoria Tube Station, which is just over a 10 minute walk from Pimlico, and travel for around 18 minutes on the Circle Line to Baker Street Tube Station to walk amongst the waxwork stars at Madame Tussauds.
There is also the 24 hour bus service (appropriately named route 24) which will take you through the centre of London and back again from near Pimlico Underground station.
Other Things to Note:
We will provide you with a set of keys for your stay. Unfortunately we are not able to offer further sets of keys as guests have lost them in the past and they are very difficult to replace.

If you would kindly follow these simple rules, it would make your stay better and will really help me at the end of the stay to make sure the apartment is ready for the next guests, who will usually be checking in on the same day that you leave. This puts us under a little bit of pressure to make sure everything is ready on time.

BE HONEST ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING:
We have found that guests sometimes haven't been completely honest about the number of guests staying. More guests staying creates more cleaning work which impacts the incoming guests (more wet towels and bed linen, cleaning takes longer) and is also unfair on our cleaner who works very hard to get the apartment ready for you and other guests. So in the spirit of trust on Airbnb, I request that you let me know about the true number of guests staying. Only the guests booked on Airbnb are permitted to stay in the flat and I will immediately report unauthorised guest activities to Airbnb customer services.
Please also count children over 1 year old as a guest. Any child under 1 year old stays for free.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Due to the nature of Airbnb, it can be very problematic and costly for hosts when guests make changes to their bookings which reduce the number of guests or reduce the number of days. We therefore regret that we are unable to provide any refunds for changes to the bookings which result in reduced numbers of guests or reduced amount of days stayed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Travel cots are available at no extra charge. Please ask at booking to make sure we have one for you on arrival
Please kindly do not smoke in the apartment. There is a law in the UK which if caught could result in a £5000 fine for myself and for guests. Please don't get us fined :). If you must smoke, please go outside on the balcony. There is an ashtray in the kitchen bottom drawer, please use it and kindly dispose of all ash and cigarette ends. Please do not throw any ends or ash over the balcony into the garden or the flat below.
Pets are not permitted unfortunately as there is nowhere for them to go to the toilet.
Please be considerate of the neighbours in the early mornings and late evenings. This flat has neighbours above and I ask that you respect them so that I do not have to deal with neighbour complaints and then need to involve Airbnb customer services. Specifically please don't make noise after 10pm or before 7am and please don't have any parties. There are plenty of places outside the flat in London to have them!
Upon check-out, please kindly remove your rubbish. The rubbish area is in the garage on the right hand side as you exit the apartment block.
HELP AND REPAIRS
- As I live very nearby, either myself or my team are always available during daytime hours to help you with questions you might have. I or my team may need to enter the premises to carry out repairs or requests from you. We will always notify you and it will only be during daylight hours.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
Please kindly stick to the check in times and arrange with me before booking if you need to check in or check out at a different time. I will try to accommodate your request (I can often store luggage for you for a few hours) but as the apartments are usually booked up and require cleaning, it can be a little bit tricky. The cleaner will be arriving at 10am to begin preparing for the next guests. If you check out late without arranging this with me beforehand, this may impact on the incoming guests and my cleaner who will not be able to complete the cleaning. So it is a little unfair on everyone.
As with all Airbnb listings, If any damage or missing items are discovered on check out, I will notify you of these and you will be liable to cover the cost of the repair or replacement of these items. Don't be too alarmed though, this has only ever happened once before.
USE OF GYM and SPA FACILITIES / PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES
1.Correct sportswear and trainers must be worn.
2.Showers and changing rooms are for gym and spa users only
3.Please always wear appropriate swimwear when using the spa, sauna and steam room.
4.Children under the age of sixteen are not permitted in the leisure centre and are forbidden to use the gym and spa facilities.
5.Please respect other gym users when selecting television programs and volume.
6.Use hygiene wet-wipes to wipe down mats and equipment after use.
equipment and clothing may not be stored in changing room lockers.
8.Food and drink must not be brought into these facilities.
9.Please wear the over-shoes provided if entering the spa area in outdoor footwear.
10. The leisure centre is unsupervised and use is entirely at users own risk.
Children under the age of sixteen years may not use the Jacuzzi, Sauna, or Steam Room under any circumstances.
IMPORTANT HYGIENE NOTICE
For hygiene reasons you must wear the plastic overshoes provided when entering the spa area.
This will prevent the spread of germs carried on external footwear.
An excellent apartment providing all amenities for a long or short stay. Points for consideration include:
Only one set of keys between 6 people.
No mirrors in bedrooms (Only in bathrooms). Not good when hair needs to be dried.
Underlying smell caused by cleaning materials and a bucket used for cleaning. (In cupboard by the front door)
All rooms where of a good size for our party of 6 and the apartment has comfortable furnishing if you want to relax between sightseeing.
The Pimlico area was excellent and provided a great base for our excursions......it is close to one of the best breakfast cafes we have visited in London and future guests should try it for themselves. Tube station is 5 minutes walk and the West End theatres and the Shard are very easy to get to.
The river Thames, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey are close by and there are some excellent pubs along the way!
Would we use this apartment/company again? Without a doubt!!
Nos agradó mucho el Apartamento. Lo recomiendo para un grupo amplio, por ejemplo una familia con niños. Se le saca mucho partido si el grupo está entre 6 y 10 personas. Muy limpio. Servicio de cocina apropiado. Está muy bien situado, a 10 minutos andando de la Estación Victoria, en un barrio muy bueno y en una urbanización vigilada. Lo recomiendo.
