The apartment comprises the living room with balcony, separate dining room, separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 6 individual beds (2 individual beds in every bedroom). Sleeps maximum 6 people. It is equipped with air-conditioning and with all necessary appliances. Equipped with high-speed Internet connection and Wi-Fi. It is important to know, that the apartment building doesn't have a lift. Therefore it isn't suitable for elderly or disabled people. Pets are not allowed.

Parking

The car park is 200 meters from the apartment in Calle Pablo Iglesias, 30. Parking costs 13 Euros per 24 hours or 42 Euros per 5 days. However, it is possible to park for free on the street.

Close to restaurants and shops but yet in a quiet area. Ideal for holidaymakers who wish to enjoy the amenities of a city combined with the easy access to a beautiful sandy beach.

What makes this apartment unique

There are lot of things you can do during your stay in Alicante. Besides of the many bars, restaurants, night clubs, museums, cinemas and theatres you can go to the beautiful sandy beach of El Postiguet situated within walking distance from the apartment or make a boat trip to the Island of Tabarca. The waters around this island are protected marine reserve with abundance of marine life and therefore very suitable for scuba diving. Or, you can take the local train which is going along the coast from Alicante to Denia. This is a very comfortable way to visit some of the excellent sandy beaches located along this coast like El Campello, Benidorm or Calpe. From Denia you can take a ferry-boat to Ibiza or Mallorca. In Benidorm you can visit some of the many attraction parks like Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura or Mundomar.
