This luxurious, two-home property sits just one block up the road from the white sand beach and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, so you can swim, sunbathe, or surf. There are several options for golf nearby, including Emerald Bay and Sandestin within a half-mile. In search of a fun-filled family activity for the entire group? Head six miles up the road to Big Kahuna's Water Park, which features 40 different water play areas, speed slides, and plenty of tube slides. Or spend a day shopping at either Destin Commons (three miles west) or the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles east), and treat your loved ones to a sweet evening treat at Bruster's Real Ice Cream, only two miles from this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
