Sleeps 14, 5 Bed Duplex Apartment

2 large duplex apartments located next door to each other which can be booked separately or as one unit to comfortably accommodate the larger parties of up to 14 guests. These ground floor duplex apartments, with additional lower ground accommodation are overlooking the conference centre in the centre of the spa town of Harrogate. Each contemporary apartment has been tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard with everything you would need for self-catering. With the town centre with all its shops and restaurants on your doorstep you can enjoy all Harrogate has to offer whilst staying here.

ACCOMMODATION

Apartment 1 - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (8 with sofa bed)

A communal hallway leads to the ground floor entrance to the apartment. Inner hallway leading to a lounge with window seat dining area and entertainment centre consisting of large screen TV with Virgin Media/dvd and Xbox with a selection of games, books and DVDs provided for guest use. Double sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests. Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, cafetière and toaster along with all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils and pans.

Separate cloakroom toilet with wash handbasin on this level. Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor) with superking sized bed or can be split on request into 2x3ft singles, TV /DVD player and hair dryer. En Suite shower bath, toilet and basin.

Downstairs to Bedrooms 2 and 3. Both bedrooms have super-king beds which can be split into twin beds on request, TV /DVD player and hair dryer. bedroom 2 has ensuite bathroom with shower bath, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 has en-suite shower room with toilet and basin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space along with an ample supply of hangers. We provide toiletries and fluffy white towels for all bathrooms. Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Gas central heating, unlimited hot water, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cafetierre, all cutlery, crockery and cooking pots and utensils for self catering,TV with Virgin Media package + further TV/DVD in each bedroom. Xbox and a selection of games. High speed WiFi throughout the apartment. All bedlinen and towels provided. Hair dryers are provided along with an iron and ironing board. Car parking to rear for 1 car on first come first served basis - some on street parking permits can also be provided on request. Families welcome, please bring own highchair and cot bedding (a travel cot is provided). No smoking. Short breaks accepted all year. Welcome tray of toiletries and beverages.One well behaved dog only with £25 charge to cover additional cleaning (sorry no cats).

Apartment 2 - 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 (6 with sofa bed)

Apartment is entered through its own private door from the car park to the rear of the building.

Private entrance hall leading to large fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, state of the art Bosch microwave/halogen oven, built in Bosch bean to cup coffee machine with expresso/cappuccino maker, large twin door AEG American fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, along with all cooking pans and utensils and crockery and cutlery. All you would need for self catering and beyond, even including egg cups and egg poacher!

Spacious and airy Lounge with large dining table to seat 6. Sofa bed to provide additional accommodation for 2 (£25 per person, per night). Large screen LED TV with Blu Ray player and surround sound speaker bar system with iPod / iPhone docking station. Selection of books and DVDs provided for your entertainment.

Downstairs to super king bedroom with travertine en-suite with large walk in deluge shower, toilet and basin, designer towel rail, concealed spotlights and all important underfloor heating. Bed can be split into twin beds on request. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, with supply of hangers. Hair dryer.

Further double bedroom with king size bed which can be split into twin beds by request. Wardrobe with plenty of hangers, drawers and hair dryer.

House bathroom with large bath with deluge shower over, wall hung toilet and basin, designer towel radiator and underfloor heating. Concealed spotlights.

Under stairs utility area with washer dryer. Airing rack, iron and ironing board.

We are happy to welcome either business or leisure guests. We are flexible on 'changeover days' and lengths of stay, realising that Harrogate makes an ideal venue for a weekend break, or with the accessibility of the conference centre a popular business venue midweek. Well behaved hens welcome.

All stays will be provided with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and we provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, kitchen roll, toilet rolls and toiletries in the bathrooms to get you started.

These apartments are located ten minutes walk from anywhere you need and are spotlessly clean. Used for a hen party, we had everything we needed and more. The rooms were modern and cosy, most of them with en suite. They have been finished to the highest standard which gives it that home from home comfortable stay. The owners were really helpful and informative, making our stay stress free and enjoyable I would definitely use these again.
