Wonderful cottage in a family oriented beach community (QEBA). Drive or bike to private beach (beach pass provided) on Block Island Sound. Walk to Quonnie pond for boating and clamming. Cottage has modern kitchen and appliances, cable TV, WiFI, washer/dryer, outdoor shower. Lovely yard and screened porch. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Amtrak station, 50 min from airport. Close to many activities. Available by the week.
We are faithful renters who are always happy with the cottage. Great porch and common area for family gatherings. Washer/dryer, outside shower, just right!
Owners are nice to work with, rent is reasonable for the area. Once you experience Quonnie, you won't go anywhere else, this is a terrific family rental.
This years marks the third year in a row that we have rented this property. It is always clean, user friendly and inviting!!!
Very comfortable beach house, well equipped, clean, nice open first floor , quiet, beautiful area, safe, pretty back yard. rode bikes and walked everywhere. Owners were very nice to work with.
My family and I have been renting beach houses for a number of years and I have to say this was probably our favorite. The house is very user-friendly, the yard is lovely and it's all only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful, clean beach!
Amenities were exactly as described. The property was clean and very well maintained and the owners were wonderful to work with.
We hope to return next year!
