This is our personal home. We do not allow pets, parties, or smoking. This is to ensure our home stays in the best condition for our family and guests.

5 block walk to downtown Folly Beach restaurants and stores, 20 minute drive to downtown historic Charleston. This property is typically rented from Monday to Monday.

Perfect Folly Fun!

Sea Palm is our favorite beach front home on Folly Beach. This was our third opportunity to stay here. The location is great - close to the little beach town/pier and lots of space on the beach in front of the house even during high tide. The house itself is so nice/clean and has every amenity (awesome appliances/utensils) you need. Some features that we love: the natural dune trail to the beach,outside shower w/ hot/cold water, wonderful composite decking so your feet stay cool , fun bunk room for children, open living area upstairs with a perfect view !plenty of space for all, a short walk to Folly County Park. The owners maintain the property so well and are a pleasure !!

Our favorite house

We've rented properties on Folly for ~10 years now and this was our favorite. Just the right size, location and amenities. We're just sad our families have outgrown it!

Very nice house with a beautiful view

This house was perfect for our families and had a wonderful view. The setup was perfect for my parents, my family, and my sister's family. Master bedroom was perfect for my parents on top floor and downstairs was great for the rest of us to not disturb them. Deck and screened in porch were great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. Also great to be able to walk out your backdoor to be at the I crowded beach. Another great feature was it was walking distance to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year!

Wonderful Stay

We have been visiting Folly Beach for 30 years and have rented many properties on the island. Sea Palm is our favorite. Not your typical beach rental as the owners have maintained this property many nice features. It's location is perfect with wonderful views of the ocean from inside the home as well as the nice deck and screened porch and a nice stroll to the pier or county park.The home has everything you need: well stocked kitchen, nice linens and plenty of room ! The bunk room was the highlight of the trip for our granddaughter. We always visit Lost Dog Café, ice cream at the pier, Crab Shack, The Grille and farmers market in town on Wed. Charleston is just 15-20 min. drive. Excellent correspondence from the owners and very professional. A true gem on Folly!!!

We loved the Sea Palm!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Sea Palm. The location was perfect--far enough from downtown to be away from noise and traffic, but still within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the screened-in porch and evening drinks on the deck. The young adults who were assigned to sleep in the bunk room were amazed at how comfortable the bunk beds were. And the Interior Designer in our group was impressed with the wonderful use of space in the house. All-in-all, our stay was delightful and certainly lived up to expectations.
