The apartment is located in the same square as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the museum of contemporary art by definition, housing Madrid’s greatest permanent collection of 20th Century masterpieces, among which is Picasso's painting “Guernica”.
An ideal location close to the Calle Atocha, the Botanical Garden and the Prado Museum. A short walk away from all must-visit spots, especially those in the close by La Latina and Barrio de las Letras districts.
A beautiful apartment with a terrace located on the fifth floor of a 1920s Art Deco building with a lift overlooking the façade of the Reina Sofia Museum and its exterior glass elevator.
A spacious 3-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 7 people.
The entrance hall opens into a corridor leading to the bedrooms. The first one has a window overlooking a quiet interior patio and comes with a double bed. The second one, also overlooking the patio, has a trundle bed turning into two single beds. Next to it, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a double vanity.
The master bedroom is just round the corner: beautifully designed as a Junior Suite, this spacious and welcoming room is equipped with a double bed and ample wardrobe space. A large window with a view over the square allows lots of natural light to flood in.
Finally, there is a magnificent semi-circular living room comprising a sleeping area with a single sofa bed and a dining area with table and chairs. Its exquisite Scandinavian-style decoration well could be featured in an interior design magazine!
Though the apartment overlooks a busy square and can get slightly noisy at times, it enjoys a pleasant, unique atmosphere.
