The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area of Marbella. On the beach with direct access from the own urbanization Playa de la Bajadilla, a clean family beach next to the most typical area of the old port of fishermen prepare fish to spit and other specialty restaurants.
It is also just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town of the city of Marbella where you can find many restaurants and tapas bars, seafood restaurants, along with prestigious fashion, decoration and luxury items.
Less than 100 meters away from two hospitals (one public and one private), a 3 minute walk, medium sized supermarkets, greengrocers, churros and other food shops and banks they are located and within 10 minutes you can visit the traveling street market on Monday.
In the same direction are available bus lines stops to move to other nearby towns such as Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, Marbella Estepona or within the shopping center La Cañada
