Superbly appointed one bedroom apartment, with fold down sofa bed, allowing additional sleeping arrangements. Located in the centre of Cheltenham. It is furnished to a high standard and has a lovely modern open plan lounge/ kitchen/breakfast bar. The apartment has its own access through a quaint private courtyard solely for this property (ideal for pets)

The bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattress, duvet and high count cotton bedding. The bathroom is modern, with a good shower, heated towel rail and illuminated bathroom mirror with shaving point and de-mister.

The kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with additional apparatus plus the standard things one might expect such as Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine etc.

The apartment is within walking distance of Cheltenham's high street which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can also take in the towns Regency architecture and heritage and visit many of Cheltenhams attractions. From the apartment you can easily take a walk down the Promenade and stroll and up into Montpellier.

The Brewery complex is also a very quick 1 minute walk and is home to a Cinema, Gym, Hollywood Bowling Alley, Several Restaurants and bars.

From the apartment there are easy routes out into the the wonderful Cotswold with easy access to Bristol, Bath, Oxford, M5 & M4. We will supply you with local information to help you plan your trip.

Let down by the managing agents but owner helpful

We were told the key code to gain entry would be given to us 24 hrs in advance but we had to chase it. When we received details, they were for a different apartment in a different town so, again, we had to chase.

We were told we could arrive after 2pm but, on arrival at 2.30pm, there was wet linen in the shower and nothing was ready. Fortunately, the cleaners arrived shortly afterwards, but we had to go out to let them clean...on return there was only one small towel made available.

To give credit to the owner, he did come on the same day when it became clear the fridge was not working and arranged for repair and more towels that day.

The apartment was central and very convenient for the Cheltenham Science Festival but we didn't get the smooth arrival we expected.

Owner's Response: Hi there Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you had experienced. The access details are to be sent within 24hrs prior to arrival, not exactly 24hrs in advance as this is sometimes not possible with weekends, time differences, etc although we do always try to give information to guests as much in advance as possible. The cleaners are instructed to have each apartment ready before 2pm and if held up are supposed to let us know so we can inform our guests however on this occasion, we did not get informed of any such delay so I can only apologise and I have spoken with them to ensure this error will not happen again. We do hope you enjoyed your time in Cheltenham. All the best

New, clean and perfect!

Really confortable and clean.

2 min walking to the center.
