It's ideal for families who want to be on the beach. One story (or elevator ride) up from your assigned covered parking spot; it’s just 60 paces to the pool and another 30 to put your toes in the world renowned sand of Crescent Beach. Siesta Key was just voted 2013 #2 Beach in the World!

From the Entry Foyer, you enter the spacious living room with a recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen and dining room on one side, and a private balcony with a view of the beach on the other. With several seating areas there’s lots of room to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach, with a book or watching the 60 inch Flat screen TV/DVD/Blueray.

The three (3) bedrooms, which can easily accommodate 6-8 adults, consists of a Master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, 32 inch Flat screen TV/DVD/Blueray, and a private balcony with a beach view; a second MASTER bedroom with a King size bed, Lounging/reading chair, full bathroom, 32 inch Flat screen TV/DVD/Blueray and a private balcony with a beach view; and the third bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed and full bathroom and a 32 inch Flat screen TV/DVD/VHS. There are plenty of dressers and closet space. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are provided.

Both Broadband and WiFi Internet hook-ups are available. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your use, and housekeeping is provided at the end of your stay so you’ll have no heavy cleaning to do before you leave. This is a NON-Smoking and No Pet unit.

EL PRESIDENTE CONDOMINIUMS sit directly on the beach and contains 48 private units, with only 35 available for rent, thus assuring you of a peaceful private place to relax and enjoy the world famous Crescent Beach. The beautifully landscaped Pool area includes a large heated pool and hydro-therapy pool and (2) bathrooms, all surrounded by pavers and plenty of lounge chairs. El Presidente also provides lounge chairs on the beach for its guest, and we provide plenty of Beach Towels inside our condo as well. There is also a tennis court for your exercise and enjoyment and no street to cross to reach the beach.

CRESENT BEACH is 3 ½ miles long and has been rated by The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as having the finest sand in the world, composed of 99% quartz, which is “floury” in texture and remains cool under the hottest sun. You can always tell who the newcomers are by the amazed look on the face as they walk out across the sand for the first time.

SIESTA KEY is connected to the mainland by one of two bridges over the inland waterway and has enough variation in restaurants and shopping that you’ll never need to leave the Key if you so choose. There’s the “Village” with plenty of family dining and even some “night-life” for the adults in your party. And within walking distance of the El Presidente Condos is a grocery store, pharmacy, post office and a couple of great dining spots. There is also a marina which has boat and jet-ski rentals, as-well-as para-sailing.

SARASOTA, FLORIDA is located on the Gulf of Mexico, just one (1) hour south of Tampa International Airport (TPA), and two (2) hours from Disney World in Orlando. With numerous 3 and 4 Star Restaurants and plenty of Golf Courses to suit everyone from the beginner to a scratch golfer, and attractions such as, Mote Marine, Jungle Gardens and the Ringling Brothers Museum; there is plenty for everyone in the family to enjoy. It’s easily reached via Interstate-75 or flying directly into Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) which is just 20 minutes from the El Presidente Condos.
