The house boats with an ideal location: it rests in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards and yet the beaches are within driving distance. The house is sun filled, large and open large just as it appears in the photos. The living room counts with a large bay window facing a beautiful national park which gives you the feeling of being outside although you're seating on the couch. The place is nicely decorated and fully equipped and is perfect for guests who want to be together whilst having some privacy. One should also indulge on the local wines which are great although no as famous as other French wines. This place is a gem!
The property was amazing, clean, spacious, old and contemporary styles, great bathrooms, stunning views, huge fabulous kitchen, cute terraces for drinking wine and eating breakfast. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful, will definitely be returning asap!!!!
Comfortable and cosy loft like conversion. Open plan with exceptional views from living room and roof terrace. At the edge of protected national park right in the middle of excellent wine region with plenty of vineyards. Coast a stones throw with so much to do and see. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Had a very peaceful and lovely holiday, will not hesitate to come again and recommend to others.
This house suited our dynamics perfectly - we were two couples and we loved the fact that each couple had privacy, with our own extremely tastefully designed bathroom. We all loved the fact that the bedrooms were downstairs (much cooler after a hot summer's day) which meant that the stunning views of the countryside and hills from the enormous, full wall-length sliding doors upstairs were ours to enjoy at our leisure! All mod cons, quality bed linen, quirky features (such as a lamp made from a weathered - sea-washed? - branch!). We love hiking so it was great to be near so many trails, yet close enough for beach and town tourist days too. Would definitely stay here again!
We wanted an authentic French country holiday and really couldn't have picked a better place. The barn has been tastefully converted, retaining the original feel with lots of exposed stonework but with all the latest appliances and comforts. We loved the views from the sun terrace or relaxing in the lounge with the postcard views. The village has everything you might need but we also explored the coast and Montpellier. We had a wonderful, relaxing time made all the more special by staying here and look forward to coming back again soon.
